This app sucks!! Does not do what it claims to do!!! CANNOT get photo!! Reviewed on Hard Rock Cafe, where I paid for this phot, going to see them today. Will be telling them to find another way to give the photos out!

Worst app...... Yesterday only we went to snowcity Bangalore and they clicked many pics of us, they told us that we can get those pix through this app and when I'm entering the claim code, then it is showing no pic associated with this code....... Worst app....... I don't even want to give 1star also...........!

I wish I could give it a zero. It has cost me way too much time to try to register an account to retrieve photos that I already paid for. When I paid for them I registered email address, so when I try to register the account with email address, it says I already have use that email address. However since I had not create an account earlier it is not possible for me then to access my pictures. They also want to collect far more personal information for me than should be necessary to retrieve photographs for which I have already paid.

I used this app and i can't load my pic.i asked the customer service and they can't help me. Don't use this app if u don't want lose ur precious moment pic

First time use this app.. When I open this app I can see my picture..BUT I dont save the picture.. Second time I want save, It say I already claim my picture.. Please help me
