The wait is over, it seems like this app had been released after several testing and now it works with a clean UI which looks similar to iPhone app and it works great.

The app requires some major basic improvements including 1. Ability to auto sequence through a selected view (single/quad/8/16); 2. Ability to use the full screen, auto-rotate and register as an activity to keep the screen on; 3. To select cam feeds and save/view as a separate collection i.e. they are now all piled together as one large collection of 32 cam feeds; 4. Allow viewing over an extended period. The cam feeds just go inexplicably blank after a while although the devices are connected.

I found a solution to most of the problems I see expressed here. What worked for me was to dispose all the flir cctv equipment I have, and replace it with something better. Much happier now.

No screen rotation support, poor tablet support, no summitHD available for Android. Try using "IP Can Viewer" with KGuard BR DVR device type. You can also use "KViewQR"

Isn't 1 star clear? We spent 27 G on this slow 19th century system..even Costco sells betters sh*t

Will not connect to LTE connection to view camera. Has to be connected to WIFI only to work. Please fix as soon as possible. No phone works.

The channels are all black when I try to live view, i got the message "Channel authority limited"

The app no longer allows me to add or edit a device. The save button is present and even flickers when I tap it, but nothing is saved so I can no longer access my DVR. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Lastly, on android devices, this app does not rotate with the screen. It rorates on apple devices just not android. I'm going to get rid of the app and replace the DVR with another system.

Can you guys please fix this app for android users. It just doesn't work on any android phones but it works for iPhone. We need it fixed please.

Use it from my Galaxy S4 without any issues. Tried it on my Galaxy Note Pro 12.1 and it keeps saying, "Incorrect Device Name" when I try to set it up....very frustrating. Works GREAT on the S4 - no go on the Tab 12.1.

If you want landscape mode try this... I have the flir D33121t and had a lorex eco 3 before this and the app is the same except for the name (flir-lorex) I tried the flir ddns that I got in the lorex app and it works the same but has landscape, the lorex app is( lorex eco stratus) in the playstore make sure you change the log in type from device id to ip/domain and put your ddns address in the address section

This is a very easy to use app for my camera system. The only flaw is that I have a 32 camera system and it will only show 31 of the cameras.

Can't view live play when away from home. I travel a lot and this sucks.

I have a android and when I see the live view and turn my phone sideways it will not turn the screen/ view (picture) sideways but when my wife does it on her I phone it will turn the screen/ view.

It should be able to do something as basic as rotate to full screen mode

The application is not working properly, cannot see the live view has completely blacked out and stays refreshing and nothing... Have tried contacting them by email and no answer. No one had fixed the issue.

Decent app for viewing multiple cameras. Not sure why the bad reviews as it works great for me. I have used it for 2 years now on a Flir system with 6 cameras. Used with both Samsung g3 and g5.

Don't know why all the bad reviews, read the operating system compatibility and make sure it's not something you're doing wrong on your settings before placing bad reviews, I've never had any issues on any smart device or with any of my families DVRs which is 5 of them now, compared to other dvr apps, this one is by far better, my only request for 5 stars is to implement a landscape view.

The dvr and the app both suck. Can't rewind can't even see video half the time. Just about when the movement of something comes into view the image goes black no video recorded at that time. Save your time and money and buy a Speco dvr

sure wish it had a landscape mode and ability to zoom picture. Makes me want to go back to Everfocus as soon as possible!
