This app works as well as any other app. People that have problems with it quit working should check their ip settings on the DVR dhcp should be unchecked after it gets it's ip address. If not your router will eventually assign a new ip address and you won't be able to connect anymore. Lack of knowledge should not be confused with the quality of an app. Also it works better with faster than 15mbps internet service.

Just stay away. Always shuts down. "Report error" sure it sucks

Can't add the device! Was working great for the past year, now nada! Called digimerge support, they did their best with no result. Ultimately the tech tried to connect with his own phone with no result! Time to fix the issue gentlemen..

Not sure how the audio part upgrade is supposed to work but otherwise I love my system. Had a professional do the instal. The only regret is not getting the system sooner and using HD cameras. Don't get me wrong, the cameras are great but with HD I'm sure we would see faces perfectly.

Can no longer view my cameras. Don't know where to go to ask questions about app.

NOTE: I have this on my Samsung NOTE 4 The phones Does NOT MATTER! 1st Wi-Fi was the only THING I could use this for. Now I fond out how to get this working!. Now I can see ALL my cameras & view remotely, live video !! anytime anywhere !!!. This IS EASY. READ THE NOTES: How to SETUP & IN APP...: 0...Find your Internal IP address for the DVR and that's it, now use the ip address and the port use them in the app and that's it remember to use port 7000 then it will work live of all the cameras.DONE

it doesn't work,i can't add the DVR，always tell me invalid name and password, tried on different phone. 100% sure I put in the correct name and word. please fix it

Terrible app and hardware. The app does not rotate screen when viewing cameras which is when you need it, but does in all other windows. It is a terrible port from a terrible desktop app you even need to double tap to select. Unfortunately you may need to use the app if you are stuck with their terrible hardware

It worked yesterday when the technician installed it, but now it failed to access DVR all the time. Why iPhone 6 plus could not access this app?

When using "Capture" it keeps taking snapshots and never stop!!! I had to shut down my new fresh smartphone DROID It's a shame Digimerge over promising and under delivering. FIX THE BUGS BEFORE RELEASING YOUR PRODUCTS. And please use spell check feature, I found few typos in the software.

A good app, especially for a free app. Refresh rate is better than some others, but I need to be able to make the camera feeds bigger.

Can't add more than two sites, and ptz won't work on galaxy Nexus running 4.0.3...need pro version analogous to iOS... Get with the times, Digimerge... More Android than iOS users out there now... Otherwise, fine app.

Great program.. actually the best program I ever had. I would give a 5 star if there is an update for honeycomb that could fix the initial blurry of the images when all cameras are displayed.

This app is great. Had a few problems but seems all is fixed now. I use this everyday.

Works great but you have to have a for digit port number. Ie. Port 90 is 0090.

What is going on with this app? I haven't been able to view my camera's for the last 3 days. Tried everything has something to do with app. Please fix the problem.

Thank you for this app. It works great after the latest update. My job is easier because of it.

It doesn't work!!!! I open it and it crashes. Just put the old version back up so people can use this app till you fix the bug in this one. This is affecting many of my customers.
