Original Post: I just spent 20.00 on this bullshit and I still can't call ANYONE!!!! Answer to Response Below: I just want my money back!! Spoke to someone already not giving an app overlay permission into my phones information even if I could figure out how to do it. The rep said 3 to 5 days the money should be back in my account if not I will file a claim with my bank!!

Purchased this app to call USA while out of country, found out after you have to be in the USA to make calls. Asked three times for a $10US account balance refund... never got a reply... Terrible customer support!

Takes me a while to connect through. Have to call several times for it to finally go through. Always telling me line is unavailable. End up buying international calling card and call went through fine. Don't get me wrong service is great when it does connect but the problem is it takes a while to get a hold of the international line and app keeps crashing. Haven't referred any friends because it hasn't been a great experience for me. Still using it because I'm trying to finish the credits I paid for which I hardly get to use because the call seems to never connect

Thanks to Digicel I wanted to call home and was heading to the store to get a calling card then this app came up on one of my feed and I said let me give it a try works perfect

As of this morning, their rate went from 0.04 cent per minute to 0.11 cent that's close to 70 percent increase just like Boss Revolution. This card companies think we are are stupid and we can't read. Once my money runs out. I'm deleting them. I'm switch to a new app that charge 0.03 cent per mints

This app is NOT good. You must be online to be able to call. You have to have internet access. That doesn't make any sense. It will be best you purchase a normal phone card to call Haiti.

The app is no good I made calls true the app and still AT&T bill me for it I was billed over $286.33 then I called Digicel customer support made several reports and all they told me was they would look into it and someone will contact me and they never did contacted me, this application is a waste of time I expected better from DIGICEL I WAS ROBBED BY THE DIGICEL APPLICATION.

Receiver had trouble hear due to static noise. But over all was very good.

I have unable to access my account or edit. This been going on for weeks. My debit card # needs updating , but I have not seen it on my phone. your 24hrs. has expired 7 times. The debit card # is wrong. Please address this matter.

The app is too troble some, it just keep stop and cutting off my calls and I keep paying the charges.

I have never had a problem with this app, but this morning I bought $20 worth of mintues and I only got $4.10 , so I would like to know what's gonna happen with that?

Installed app and no submit button was on screen after terms and condition. So I was stuck

It's a 5 star rating for me because it actually works thanks digicel I was able to make on important call at a time to my family, I would definitely recommend this app

It limits the amount of time I am able to recharge and customer service is not available at night. The automated system doesn't work properly.

But it take your charge your minute before you use it

Works great. Easy to recharge. Rates are good. For sure beats calling cards.

Great app

I used it to call my Dad in El Salvador. The rates are great. Mobile .16 & Landline .12 p/min to El Salvador is AWESOME! Usually with other services the rate is up to .25 to .28 p/min which is ridiculous. I loaded up $20 and got a $5 bonus + the initial .50 cents, I had a total of $25.50 and got 155 min of talk time. I talked for exactly 90 min and still had 65 min remaining. Everything is so accurate. Quality of call is great. No connection fees. Everything is great. Only issue was call drop every 30min.

Called customer service to find out if I can use my US cell phone in Trinidad and Tobago to call the US using the app. Was told Yes. Winded up with a whopping $600.00 bill from my US carrier when I got back to the US besides the Digicel charges. Digicel should have informed me I would be charged by my US carrier.

I installed this app on a previous phone and it work fine but after i upgraded to a new phone, it stop working. The app launch and then crash before my balance could even load. This is app is poorly designed and I lost my credit balance.

So far i love using the App i have no problems with the App n wen it's time to call over seas i like how it keeps me updated on how many minutes i have,n also i have the automatic reload set up

I had $5.10 I called and it voicemail for a second and it took off the .20c for the minute that makes no sense I want it back

I can't get on the app. I downloaded it, it says enter my pin which I don't even have. Clicked on forgot pin, the says it sent me a message on my phone. Never got it. They don't even have my phone number.

You are advertising it $0.08 a minute to Trinidad I want to check it out it's really $0.18 a minute please do not lie on your advertising be sincere and honest you are making people download the app promising them one thing and actually charging $0.10 more
