The watch LOOKS great but I can't create an account with none of the 3 options so I can't use the app, so I CAN'T USE THE WATCH! WTF DIGICARE!

Just downloaded to activate my new band but it states something unusual is happening and closes

Really cool device. I really like it and it is pretty accurate. The only thing is I didn't understand some of the functions and had to Google them. Other than that, I think it's great.

The band is piece of junk, same I can say for the app. The worst part it's not showing accurate the steps and everything else. Big disappointment. Ot is almost the same money like fitbit One. I woke up made breakfast for my husband and go back to bed and it's showing 8856 steps. Just ridiculous.

I can't log into the account also can't reset password :(

According to the promos, it was like a lot more features. Adding friends blah blah. But here, I see nothing its crap man. The band is epic but the app.... Idts

App not working for my phone worst app

Can log in can't use forgotten password and cant log in using facebook and no contact info to get it solved

Hard to understand and work with

I started having issues where nothing is being recorded in the app although the band contained info. I upgraded my firmware to 1.5.4 thinking it would help. I was wrong. As another user mentioned, long press goes to stopwatch and the smart alarm does not work anymore. SMS alert from android does not work. I bought 2 more for my family and hope they are not 1.5.4, if so, i will be returning them. Edit: firmware 1.60 brought back access to sleep mode and stopwatch. Bumping back to 4 stars.

This is a good product, very accurate watch but the App must need work, the watch is supposed to have SMS Notifications, why can't we use them? Other than that, I love my watch.

On my experia, the apps work, but need to include correction of body temperature, it's shows for me , 31 to 33C, normal is 35.5 to 36.6C, so, display is wrong. 2nd remark is that there is no alert, if temperature raises for + - 2 degrees , or any statistics. 3rd remark, is that heart beaten must be measured from the bracelet not from phone..this function option disappointed me very much, looking at its price, because we pay $72, same functions , same model for $18 , hope see modifications to give 5 stars.

App crashes when I try to adjust settings? App needs to have settings more friendly to people who work overnight. Band data resets halfway through my "day”

All set up but now when I try and change settings due to weight loss app crashes please fix

Thank-you for fixing the mistake that was 1.5.4 :) I can now put my band into sleep mode WITHOUT my phone again! When will see the altimeter feature though?

The device is good but the app always close when go to user setting

I'm using this band more than a week and its working absolutely fine without any problem but the app required lots of improvement like other fitness band app e.g. can't see a complete detail (total) of previous days because its showing time wise.

I gave it 3 stars because, the set up was a little bit confusing, the directions were very vage. A lot of people are saying that it isn't staying synchronize to their phone.... so basically what I'm getting from this is that it isn't suppose to stay synchronized to your phone it only syncs to get the updated information and that's it. The app itself is weird and not very detailed but you do get the basics. I've only had it for 1 full day so far so will come back and update.

Theres alot lot lot more improvement should be done on this app. The app GUI like from the 90s and lack of functionality. Should add more function that can link to trainer app.. Wonder how there's more cheaper band like vidonn can have much better app.. Update... the band is not really a sweatproof.. And mine the display already gone..

I have a product called the Mario. I can't get it to work the way it should. It keeps disconnecting itself. Tried restarting the phone, repairing the unit. At this time I am highly disappointed in the product.

I bought one of these trackers the app wont even work its says failed to register cant even connect it unless the app works which it doesnt for me or my wife

I was one of the sponsors on indegogo. The hardware is good but without a good softwarr/app this device is just a piece of junk. Lesson learnt don't sponsor until the product is actually out and proved to be working.

Sub-par product. They made lots of promises and failed to deliver. I gave up & bought a Fitbit.

The Band is amazing , but the app need a lot features. For example: I went out for a run , can't see how much KM i made specificely this hour. Or The speed of my run , or to make Graphs . Please see Google FIT app , you need to do the same features. PLease Please Please add new features.

Kindly get this app to sync with ERI, I have tried numerous resets. The band just keeps on vibrating and doesn't connect to the app at all. You guys do know we paid for the band right? Just because the app is free dont leave it as it is. FIX IT!

i just purchased the ERI and trying to sync it with my new Galaxy Note 4. i cant get the watch paired with my phone. i downloaded the app and i see the ERI on the app but it will not pair. i have no way to get intouch with anyone for help. website dont help at all. please help

App wouldnt even allow me to create an account. Wouldn't sync sign on with fb or twitter. Im buying a fitbit surge like i should have in the first place.

The device is grt but app needs lot of improvements. I would suggest to give an option in the app to get connected to the device continuously without getting disconnected. The mail n sms notifications are not working always, no idea why. The one who has developed it request you to please add these features to the app.
