DigiCal Calendar Agenda

Needs a BACKUP system. Needs a feature to sync the calendar after creating or editing an event.The app needs a flatter and cleaner design. Needs a notification for birthdays. Needs much more themes for the month widget... The users that paid for the app, shouldnt see any messages like certain parts were a paid features. Now we got it, it should dissapear.

Suggestions: allow smaller font size for events in Month Text (current minimum is slightly too big). Allow hiding next/prev month buttons in Month widget. Option for grid lines in that same widget. Have event notifications give you multiple snooze options (eg 10, 30, 60m, not just one constant setting). Also, whatever weather source you're using is horribly inaccurate (or at least shows a rain icon based on very low probability). On Day List widget, option to hide calendar indicators (colored squares).

I mostly use week view in calendars, but in DigiCal, the day and time labels at the top and left could definitely be bigger. I am a 22-year-old with better than 20:20 vision, but my face has to be five inches from my device because text that small is easily wiped out by reflections on the screen. The gridlines are also all but invisible in dark mode, again due to reflection, but setting the system to increase contrast would be extreme overkill. There's a reason the official Material Dark example theme uses #303030 rather than #212121 for so many things, even though it's not on the palette. Fixing either the labels or dark theme grid colors would really help. ;) One more quibble: the primary UI color (I've set it to dark red) doesn't extend to the app's titlebar in Recents. The titlebar defaults to blue. Textra has proven that a theme engine can dynamically change this, but even if you don't have the time to do that, it would be a lot less jarring to default the Recents titlebar to dark gray (the one that's not a premium color), as it doesn't clash with the pro color options.

Perfect! It's what I've been looking for! It has everything Google calendar app has, plus more! Copy & paste of events is very valuable if you have a reoccurring event/appointment that repeats without any patten. Other options & display items make it the best calender app for me.

I've attempted to email, and restored to giving a beautiful application a single-step rating (in the paid version section), but as this was a bit ago, and I've yet too hear a reply, and I've now a totally separate issue regarding my tablet and the app, I thought this might be my last spot. Would be perfect if it supported Google's calendar based reminders. Bring able to bold text in the widgets alongside the size options would be great too. Other than that, has basically everything you could want!

I am just testing out DigiCal, as my other calander failed my expectations, and my device calander is good but not as detailed. Easy to add anything that I pull up like Medical appointments through My Chart super a question and confirmation, done. I have not had an opportunity to test out the features; which will influence my final decision. Not asking me to rate them in the first use gave me a great trusting feeling, and looking towards upgrading for the first time. Definitely, try it out!

Got this to work with Outlook but it will not sink with Outlook events. It will not put an event in outlook if created from this app. If I create an event with this using Outlook it will not show it in this app. If you tell this app to use the "default" it will use Google events even though Outlook is my set defaults in my phone. Wasted $$ on premium thinking it would make it work. I use way more than just my phone for my calendar. This might be good for someone who just uses phone or loves Google world.

You charged me for a subscription I canselled on 13 January 2017. I have opened 2 tickets no singel word. Refund my money you have taken illlegaly! Edit: Thank you for the refund. It would have been better if you have monitored the cansellation of subscription. Please make sure that you answer the emails. It is not always about money , mostly the trust we kept on developers!

I have tried others and this used to be the best... I got a new phone the other day and even though I have upgraded a long time ago out it will not let me access features saying I need to upgrade. I looked up what to do but it still says I need to upgrade. I have both installed and if I open from the store I can access upgraded features.. frustrating! I've tried everything that was suggested

Good app. Clear and easy to use. The dark theme - essential in my view for AMOLED phones- is attractive but legible. Overall, I would happily recommend Digical to others seeking an alternative to their stock calendar app.

I do like it, and have the paid version on both my SGS6 and Galaxy Tab A 9in. But, I cannot for the life of me get them to sync. The one that I input into is the phone as its my main device. That is synced with my gmail acc fine. The tablet says it is synced to the same account, but nothing shows in the app. Followed the online help to no avail. When I go to the device settings to add account, there is no Digical account as in the help guide.

Overall the app does what is needed, however it seems updates are coming out less and less. Features being requested don't seem to get much notice lately. The one feature that is sorely needed is backup settings - either automatically via the google services, or some sort of export function so when you move devices you don't have to go through the tedious process of redoing your calendar settings - such as font sizes, colors etc...especially after you've spent lots of times tweaking things to be "just right" only to have to reinstall again due to whatever reason, and going through it again.

We are a family of five, so the synching and different colors are inportant to us. It works well, and keeps track of our places to be, without adding in pictures--I want colors. Some calendars will change the background of a soccer game for example, to a picture of a soccer ball. Cute, but I can't tell whose game that is by looking. I wish there were a few more viewing options, but I think I'm just being picky.

I love this app! I bought the plus version because it unlocks a lot of different options. Its easy to use and understand and design is great. You can even customize the widget, which is awesome! I've had 3 different phones since I started using it and this is the first app that I re-download!

Good app, but I'm very color focused for quick visual organization and there doesn't seem to be a way to have each event highlighted with a color. In the Text-Week view for widget it only puts a very small dot of color next to each event. For this reason I find myself going back to use system calendar now.

Been using the free version of this app for 2 years now and got the paid version last night. Its ded one of the better calendar apps out there. I was pleased to get a quick response from the developers sometime ago when i encountered an issue with it so happy to support the team.

taken me awhile to make up my mind about this app. Would like to see more themes, but dont wish to upgrade, as i dont want the other features, like weather etc; allready have good apps for that. Reminders would definitely be a big plus.

Using this app has helped immensely on keeping me on schedule. I work for a company that goes in and takes care of children that have autism and it's nice being able to have these little reminders and to know what my schedule is going to be like everyday. It's so much simpler than the calendar that I have on my phone already.

Been using Digical for many years but its time to move on. One of DigiCals biggest flaws is that there is no online sync for settings. So everytime we reinstall roms and resets we need to configure everything in DigiCal. But other than that its a great app. Going to try Business Calendar 2 now that can export and import settings.

4/16/17 The app syncs with ALL my Gmail accounts and no matter what I do it will not unsync them. I tried going into settings and turning the sync off, it shows that its off in the settings but ALL the holidays appear multiple times on the calendar. Its so crowded that I can't see my appointments. I sent them an email about the issue and haven't heard from them. I will change this review if the problem gets solved. On the plus side... the app has a decent variety of colors. 4/22/17 Update - issue still not resolved

In short, the calendar app is second to none. Love it. I just added a paid subscription to the weather widget and that needs some improvement. Glaringly absent is percent chance of precipitation. Every weather app out there has that. Also nice would be the ability to zoom in on certain parts of the day to look at conditions versus just a 48 hour graph.

I don't usually buy apps, but I have to say that I just upgrade and pay for it, this app is amazing, it helps me a lot every day. And it looks very good too which is a plus! So happy with my purchase :D Would recommend this 100%

Loving the updates. Couple requests...Believe it or not, adding a grid on the month view and text month view would be great. Aesthetics, maybe, but something I like about a couple other calendar apps. Feature: could you add an automatic night mode?

Really like this app. Good for reminders, calendar good. Simple, easy to use. Happy with everything. Would like a few more formatting options, but this is available on pro version.

This app gives me everything I needed from Google calendar, especially the event copying feature which Google calender doesn't support.

Works well, no problems - easy to use and provides a clear view of your schedule! Like the automatic sync with Google calendar too - syncing from DigiCal seems to have fixed the problem I was having with Google calendar automatically deleting events which I had input.

I think it's great. I would like to see in the month-widget-view, the full name of the event, even if that means taking up 2 lines. Eg. If the event is '6.00am champions league', with size 5 font, it'll read '6.00am champ' with the rest of the wording/letters unseen. Please add this. Thankyou :)

Loved this app until the last update was applied. Now I constantly get an error about the weather stopped running. I turned off the weather in the calendar and I still get the error. Only way to fix it is to remove the Digi Calendar widget from my home screen. The only reason I purchased this app was so I could get an Agenda Widget.

This is the best looking and functional calendar app I've ever tried, I almost purchased the pro version but it has some problem, I installed it on two devices, for unknown reason the data does not in sync. I created a repeating event on device A but it does not show on device B so I manually created it, but then I got double event on A, also on the web, I reinstall the app but still the same, I end up remove the extra event to fix that.

Good app that help organizing our day by day. Could improve the alarm to don't stop until the user take an action. If the reminder happen when you are far from the cellphone, probably you won't be aware! Overall is ok!

Was loving this calendar as it has so many edit options BUT until you accidentally remove widget from page then you lose all your chosen colors... if anyone knows if can save this please let me know otherwise this rather frustrating have to edit colors everytime

I used to love this app, until I found out it was deleting my appointments. Every time I add an appointment without internet connection it deletes it when I get connected. I tested this with 3 phones so it doesn't seem to be an issue with my phone specifically. It makes me sad as I really did love this calendar app :-(

It only notifies​ one event in the notification bar and the +number these is not good. Would be nice a time calculator to add events. For example create an event 15 days from now or in 8 hours or similar, being customizable the number of days, minutes, hours, etc... Would be really useful in month view, on the events to scroll upwards and downwards only in one day and if you scroll left and right to move on to the next or previous day. ie. Vertical swipe to browse within a day and horizontal swipe to move from one day to another. Also to be able to maximize and minimize the moth panel in the moth view to view more clearly all the events in one day.

Great calendar! Love all the options on it and the choice of widgets is great! Pretty easy to use. The only thing I would add to it would be the possibility to create lable templates.

**UPDATE - The idea and reviews on this app are great, Unfortunatly it just wasnt compatable with my chromebook plus. The company did resovle my issues really quickly **I just read all of the reviews and paid the $4.99 because I am looking for an app to sync my calanders and keep track of school work and it wont find my google accounts it is not compatable with my Samsung Chromebook Plus, don't waste your money!!

I love this app! I can't find any other that does what this app does and still gives me colors. It gives me the most features when creating an event. Would love to see an online version of this so I can access my calendar on a desktop.

Really good calendar but in my opinion it lacks two key options. First, have the capability to add reminders such as Google Calendar is doing right now. Second, add a function to put the phone in silence automatically depending on events.

I tried this app a few years ago, and recently downloaded it again. I thought it was terrific before, but now is even better! The photos, illustrations and the wide variety of colors make this ONE OUTSTANDING APP! Keep up the great work! 3/24/17: I just can't say enough good things about this calendar app. It is the best one I've ever used. It works flawlessly, has multiple calendar and color choices, and the ability to find locations on the map is such a wonderful plus! It keeps me very organized!
