Dear developer. I dont know if i have missed the option in this applications to allow any notification regarding internet plan's expire time. But please. Work on improving your service, eg; provide warning notification about when will the internet expired etc. Thats the least you can do for us. Please
Good enough interface and quite easy to navigate. But... Time is precious or in my case I don't like staring at my phone for more than 30 seconds. It need to load faster. Even login is tad slow - got my TAC but session have expire. Tried connect login but that is slow too. I gave up. I stand by my opinion that using browser or dialing codes is faster than using this app. Uninstalled to make spaces for games.
Makin update makin menyampah. The latest update makes the login time so slow. Either connection expired or whatever lah. Sedangkan internet kuota masih banyak. What more if the user's internet connection is just basic, memang tak dapat load apa2. Other than that the user interface is brilliant.
I have to keep re-login and asking for pin number everytime i open the apps. At times, all requested pin, when keyed in, all failed. I already made sure that the pin numbers are all correct. Also making sure that the wifi is off. Come on Digi.. Don't keep messing up the apps. You can do better than this.
Horrible apps. It's even worse than the previous version. It takes years for me to log in! Sometimes it doesn't even work! Session timeout,session expired. WTH is this!?? Fix it please, we pay bills not for nothing. Kindly take note DIGI!
This app will automatically log out. You unable to log in however you have your id and password Or TAC Code receive by SMS. The same result after try many times. It is super inconvenient if want to check your balance urgent.
Slow and annoying app. Takes time to load. I know your team have put an effort for this app to manage account easier but it just backfired. Its never been easier for us. Nice interface tho but put performance first. The only reason i cursed so much because of ur apps and ur telco.
It was working fine before I updated it. Now I can't login due to Ops! Something went wrong please try again later. When I really needed to know how much data I left, this happens... very frustrating
Its promo not like other postpaid. Very bad. The coverage also very bad. Show 4g n full sign. When I open video or game. The cverage drop on off. Ive try other plan, better then digi
Cannot log in. Session expired. Session time out. Last time can log in after a long waiting but already finished our data. Promotion of big data but super lag or cannot be use at all. Can only connected to internet when data almost expired but still very slow. Fix this or I'll spread this unprofessionalism. My friends ask a lot about this prepaid and I can convience them not to buy it and again spread the problems.
Sometimes lag, most of time crashed. Fix it. I'll give 5 star if it fixed. If 2018 February not fixed the issue, I gonna go to other telco and ban myself & my family from using this buggy app and telco.
Im very disappointed with this apps.. Cant login.. Got more time to wait.. For me its rubbish.. Why no one can tell us what happened exactly? Dont make us look stupid.. ????
Hello Digi, I just wanna tell you that I'm not happy with the latest updates. It's annoying and troubling. I hope your development team will fix this asap. To be honest I can't resist this even for 10 minutes. Please do something immediately or just maintain the previous version. Don't let your clients get lost. Thank you.
Horrible. Tells us to put a vailid number, keyed that in. Wait for 2 mins for a tac number to go through, if it even goes through. Wait for it to load then goes back telling me to put a vaild number. After how many attempts of trying to log it i finally managed. I paid my bill and it kicks me out again. The first one was sooooo much better. Just a waste of time that only leads to frustration.
Take too long to load, use up too much storage, about 118 MB, and always encounter fail login. These factors make me think of switching to other telco. Recently I have a chance to use Ncell apps (Nepal), very fast loading, only use 20 MB, I think digi can learn from them. Even though it is a third world country, their apps is first world.
I just cant log in either using phone number or emails. TAC arrived but after waiting 3 min at least it will say connection error.
Constantly unable to login into the app. Never had this happen when I was with 'other' telcos. Please fix this because this is no small matter and customers need the app to maximise Digi to its best.
doesnt let you log in keep saying either session expired or you cant sign in now. Whats wrong? why promo the app when its not even working well.
Extremely disappointed with the updates, I can't even log in after few times reinstall back.. wasting time and data.. DIGI tech team pls fix it asap
Worse than previous one, bring back the previous version..waste my time to enter the TAC n cannot log in.. no end waiting.... n always tell me 'please login with your own number'.... I am using my own number Lol... this apps use space of memory more than 100 mb.. overall.... really spoiled my mood~
Can't login, try several times to reinstall also the same. I have no idea how to pay the bill. Consider switch the phone service after finish my contract. Disappointed with the connection and now with the app. Totally cannot use at all...Fix it or I complain again, if I happen to finish the quota before the deadline, how am I going to top up???? And the line will get damn slower than u can imagine.
Do not attempt to download this app for now as it is completely useless. There are always the annoying pop-up that says you cannot login and "error" things every time you launch this app. You also cannot subscribe to any internet with this app as there will be "error" pop up.
Lol this digi now i'am very hate this digi. Always make me lost connection. This app is very poor i cant open this app now. Dont install this app waste your time.
Hey digi. Whats happen to this app? I cant even open it from yesterday until now, its keep saying connection timeout althought my data was speed. Very dissapointed!
Why this apps like this!! I can't even login to this apps and it always keep saying 'SESSION IS EXPIRED', 'PLEASE LOGIN WITH DIGI SIM CARD'. .do you think it is a joke!!. .???????? it is SUCKS!! 정말 짜증나.
A big company with the lousy app, why bother to buy bestseller plan that's only in mydigi, but you can't.. This new update is sucks.. big time.
I just subscribe new line and the lazada coupon is in myDigi app. But I can't open it now. How to get the coupon? If myDigi app keep crashing like that I really don't know how to retrieve the coupon. Please work something on it. Really disappointed.
Utmost disappointment and this app is totally a failure. As like what others have commented, the app doesn't seem to allow users to login since the recent update, then what's the point of introducing such update when another bug to be introduced? Yet, it seems the Digi has not taken any action to get the issue fixed despite of the voices from user.
This apps is not friendly for the wifi pakage since the login always having problem. The problems facing also can not solve because the system only sending the TAC to wifi's nombor. But in reality, HUAWEI wifi adapter can not read the msg. Digi please improve it by instead sending TAC or link to email for accessing....thank you!
Your server problem or what? Can't login like usual. Keep asking me to put my number but can't tho.. Fix it A.S.A.P got a lot of work to do
Crashes every time it loses internet connection and you have to start all over again. Especially bad if you try to buy something. It crashes and it's hard to tell whether the transaction is successful. Can't reload if your credit expires, because you lose internet access. Defeats the purpose of the app. Only good thing is that the rewards can be quite good.
why cant buy internet....oops something wrong..please try again always appeared... and that make me annoyed...fix it somehow..before i change my sim...damn it

This apps work better before u guys updated on 1/2/18 and its was good tho that u add 10gb (1am-7am) / 10gb (7am-1pm) / 300mb-rm1 on the add-on (bestsellers) list. But when i tried to buy those offers, it always failed and give me this popup status "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later!" . I've already uninstalled my old version apps and installed the latest version but doesn't change anything. Popup still comeout whenever i buy offer. Please fix those bug guys. Thx.

Please fix the bug. I don't know why i can't even login. It keeps telling me to use digi simcard. Am i that stupid to login with another telco sim? Come on, before this i saw this apps is very useful. But now, it sucks!

I suggest u...to remove it this app from play store... Seriously.. REMOVE IT!...ur app are trash..not like other telco...5th times for me to uninstall it and install it back...just..remove it from play store.
