Gas Trip Calculator

First to the whiners and complainer about the ads... Grow up it's a whopping 99¢ to get rid of them and help the developer. You want a totally free app build your own. As for this app it does a great job for what it was designed to do. Calculate a route and estimate the fuel costs. It would be nice if you had the option to save multiple vehicle profiles to speed up entry but it's fine the way it is.

I uninstalled it immediately after it told me it would take almost 6 hours for a trip that only takes 2 hours and 40 minutes. Not even close to being reliable.

I'm going to start using this app for my personal and business trips .

Accurate, simple & easy user interface. I like it's ability to change parameters such as MPH to see cost changes in trip. Only downfall is the calculations are for direct route with no option (that I've found) to take alternate routes. Love this app!

Should be able to look up the car or load in odometer readings and gas tank fill data to get MPG.

This program would and could be a great program, but requires several things; date and time of fill, and a fill log. Otherwise this is useless. There are other programs that provide these same functions for less. But like others, I want date and time and a fill log. Currently takes too long to open !!!

I think the rating should be higher for this app. I have been using it for the past 5 years and it has helped me budget my trips. I tried other apps but always came back to this one. One improvement that i think would help is having a history of the places that you search. Other than that it is a great app.

With banner ads and a full screen video ad when exiting the results screen, do you really need to force the user to wait for a beg screen to time out prior to going to the data entry screen? Although I didn't see a way to save my start point and values (or make changes/corrections other than start the whole process over) I don't think anyone who uses this application frequently will definitely pay to be free of the ads. The program may be useful, but I am going to unload it anyway.

Won't let me change the fuel cost amount from the default. Switches back when I try to calculate, not sure why.

This is the best gas calcator app I've ever seen. Wish we could pay to remove ads.

I never rate apps. But i have to say this app does what it should and even more. I was looking for a simple app for fuel cost for my up coming trip. This not long told me cost but routes and more based on simple info... totally a keeper!!!!

It helped me figure out how much my round trip drive cost would be from VA to Gettysburg, and for that I was grateful.

The fuel usage calculates right but is mislabeled as liters. Also the fuel per mile is labeled as dollars centavos rather than cents. Not a major issue. However it would be handy to be able to enter fuel tank size and have it report where you will need to refuel. Being able to enter multiple fuel prices (en route) would be great. Having it automatically pull current prices for a given fuel type (including diesel) for those refueling points would make this an indispensable app. ---now its centaves not cents.

Simple, clean look. I like it except for one thing. The font size is tiny and can't be changed. Difficult to read. Could be 5 stars except for that.

Handy little app to calculate all sorts of things. Great for dividing up the cost of a road trip.
