This application is a tool to help focus church Elder meeting discussions.

It is written specifically for Seventh-day Adventist Churches but can be used by all denominations.

The ‘eight key agenda’ will ensure that your team is addressing those items that will make a big difference in your church’s health and growth. At least half (best if the first half) of an elders meeting should be committed to discussing the elders individual ministry. Avoid allowing general church business to squeeze out this important discussion. The 8 key areas should be reviewed at some level at each Elders meeting. The depth of review will vary from meeting to meeting. Explore one area from each eight sections.
