Hi

I installed this app twice but still I haven't received my 4-digit activation code. I also tried to input my another number but still haven't received it. I clicked Resend Code button but it told me that I've already attempted and wait for 48 hours to resend again. The Call Me button also didn't work. I'm from Philippines and I will give this more stars if this got fixed. Thanks.

Why because, I have a hi account, when I will try to login it says the number is not registered with hi. But I will try to forget password with the same number, I will receive password rest code to that same mobile number. What's going wrong with this app. It Is not for my account only, all my friends are facing same problem. And they can loose their thousands of photos. It is shame for you. Try to restore all problems we are faced with your app

It didn't install the Hi ...! I gave my cell phone number (iran) and take box appeared and as an excuse for not installing the said program ; it indicated in the box : Network Connection Unavailable... ) I have a WiFi Internet connection and is operation perfectly well.. so why it didn't allow me to install the program and its excuse " Network Connection Unavailable "; really upsetting and I got vexed .. please inform me of the actual reason for not enabling me to download the program. I got angry

I m unable to complete verification process.i heard lot about hi app.i tried to install but after install i m unable to complete verification process. I didnt gt any activation code either through sms or call. It creates negative impression.mine is htc one m9 plus n os is 5.0.2

The worst app I have seen till date, doesn't open but claims are tall, can't recover my old account, not able to register to new number.... dunno why do they develop such apps and make hallow promises..

Doesn't work properly. Gives error message if i call India Numbers. customer care wont respond at all. i get the error message "The user you dialed is busy now Cancel OK " no one tries to resolve from the team.

I just got tired by typing nearly 20 times my phone no, it's not getting registered only... One of the most worst experience in my life... I am just uninstalling it right away

Hi programmer i put in my number also the country that I am from but it didn't call me no matter how many times I pressed the button call me. I would like to know when this will be fixed would there be any updates.

When I try to make a call (indian mobile no.), a msg comes out that hi is not available in your country. And I can not make any call. Pls solve my problem. My hi no. 7251126

I used to use a few different PTT apps, but this is by far my favorite. It isn't bloated,so even my little piece of junk phone can run it! plus, i can make phone calls when I'm out of minutes....

I'll give 5 stars pls solve the regsitration problem it does not sends a message for verification and call me function also not working so i am unable to use this 'HI' messanger.

I dont get the activation code. This is spam. It even dont calls my number. I tried also another number, but no sms and no call for the code. Uninstalled it.!!!

I installed the app with high hopes that it would turn out to be great. But when I'm verifying my number, no message comes to me even after waiting for 5 mins and also after pressing call me no call is received from you guys so am unable to verify my number therefore unable to use the app. Uninstalling :/

Cloud Album activation failed. Tried so many times to activate my Cloud Album but failed. Nothing happens when I press activate. FIX BUG PLEASE

Before it used to be the best app but now worst ever app I have seen whats the use of it when we can't even login to this app and cant register it to..just hate it recommend not to download it plss they are making fools

It is not recognising my login neither sending password reset over mobile. Also says email is invalid. How can you delete the user all by yourself? I had hell lot of data backed up to cloud and now it seems I have lost all of it.

I tired to log in and it refuse to let me in my acct, then I've tried making a new acct but it didn't send my code nor did it call my phone to give me the code so I couldn't open any account any further than the log in screen?

My Hi is not working after recent update in niether of my phones, i have to re-verify my number but I couldn't as code is not coming. I can't even login or change my password! My number appears invalid to it!!

Stops working frequently. Now says not registered. The mails are never replied by developer team.

Bogus app unless you receive your you cannot use it I think it will take years to receive your verification code which never gonna happen so avoid downloading and wasting your mbs

I am unable to access my folders. I'd be very unhappy if this isn't sorted put because I uploaded nearly all my cherished memories on this app.

The verification code is not receiving via message and when I touch the call me option, it also not works.what do you want me to do? I choose this app because I already used it when I was abroad but now its not working. Please give me a remedial measure for this problem.

To begin with, I couldn't register cause I didn't get any code nor call for verification. You need to fix this problem then ask for rating and stars. Awful and useless.

My messages will not send to people. I have had to delete and re install this app multiple times because nobody will get my message unless I do so. Fix this bug please. Its aggravating.

I have credit more than 500 .when try to make call by using callout credit i couldnt connect, but i get one message, the number u dialed is busy.Before i was able to make call but now i dont know what is problem . plz help me.

Tried getting myself registered with my phone number, didn't recieve any text msg or call containing the vaildating code. If the app is not able to call or text me for registration how can i expect it to call someone else? Disappointed.

After a update some months backs it just won't login here in india... very embarrassing to have suggested my friends... why make fool when you can't keep up... shame on the tech team... you should be sweeping the street not doing apps

It very use less just I lost my time for instal and try for work it. I try many times it don't verify phone number.
