English Portuguese Dictionary

It's Brazilian Portuguese. As I keep experiencing it's hard close to impossible to find a real pure Portuguese dictionary on the Play Store. This one works very well, as a Brazilian Portuguese dictionary, but just mind the logo of the app is deceiving.

Even though it's not European Portuguese, but it helps in constructing Ero Portuguese due to the similarities. And since it's a Brazilian one, I also think that the flag should be changed to Brazil so it can't deceive.

...this is brazilian portuguese, AND in 3 minutes of use I've seen quite a few misspelled words in both English and Brazilian.

I really wanted to give u 5 stars but I kept one for myself until u add more & more . Still very nice work.

It's easy to use.. not hijacking your password. I think you should try to download this guy.. but just improve or add a full sentences translations

It really helped me communicate better with a very special friend of mine since I couldn't speak any Portuguese and now we're talking all day every day

I love this app cz it has given me a nice friend. It is having almost all necessary word's meanings

If you are going to create an English language app, please don't use an American flag.

when you open it you will forget to close it!!!its a complete class,but the voice is kind like its fast a little bt please slow down.

I love it, just wish the speaker worked so i could listen to the pronunciation. Of the language I'm learning Portuguese.

For a quick translation the app is great. One has to be careful to use a word as translated because the context determines the choice. Anyway it is very useful.

Good app. Many expressions. I'll give out 5 stars if there's audios for each word

Does a very good job. Just don't rely on it blindly, considering the huge challenges facing even great human experts, who can immediately catch context. Also, sometimes it says it has found the translation, but then does nothing. Not enough of a bug for me to chase the problem down, since I always have a backup translator around. But enough to keep it from earning a better score!

Very simple to use, has helped me in Brazil. Not perfect but quite good.

It helps me a lot on my studies, although its background is too dark when you tape and the keys are not visible

I like it, but you could put a tool to send the wordlist by email, that's the reason I don't give you five stars

This is for Brazilian Portuguese, not European Portuguese. The flag displayed is Portugal's, yet this dictionary is meant for Brazilian Portuguese.

The only listings are for A through a. Nothing further what about all the other words that start with other letters of the alphabet. I don't get it. Is this supposed to be a sample a teaser

It's a good one because u can learn...but one thing it can't saves your favorites words when u uninstall and come to install again, I hope u can fix it if is possible. Thanks

The typed in text is hard to see and needs live internet access for voice pronunciations. ...but gets the job done.

Easy to learn english and Portuguese, but onething. When u uninstall and come to install again it don't restor the favorite words, I hope you fix it if possible. Thanks

I've had the app for a couple of months but didn't take much more than a glance at it. I think the interface put me off a bit. The interface isn't bad it's just that I didn't immediately recognize a lot that it has to offer. Anyway it's really great for a huge number of English-Portuguese expressions. Michael

Apart from the little glitches, It's all good. I've had it for 11 months now

It always crashes on start-up so I have to use someone else's dictionary. :(
