English French Dictionary

Though it does have a large vocabulary, like mentioned by other users, I have a problem with the feature in the top left corner. I attempt to use it, but it always fails to load and the app becomes unresponsive. I will now uninstall it to make room for better, more efficient apps.

I cant see the words that i type in, I never get examples. When you type in a french word, it gives you a bunch of other french words. Please improve the design

Just cannot believe its free. Does every thing and enabled direct quick mailing of the translated message . Thank you guys...it worked very good for me.

I have been able to find the translations of all the words I looked for and the translations are accurate. My suggestion is that sentences should be added to give a better understanding of the translation. Thanks to all the developers of this app.

Good for one word questions. If complete translation is the email goal you have the wrong app.

App has been helpful so far. I trouble with new words, and seeing words used in different phases is helpful

Don't know how accurate this app is, but at least this works better than trying to ask a non-English speaking waiter in France.

One complaint is that examples don't appear, or at least haven't to me yet. I think it's very good regardless of that and it doesn't display ads which is a plus for me since other translators I tried displayed many ads.

Very good app. Lacks 1 major thing that could turn it out to one of the best if not simply the best: an IPA phonetic pronunciation into brackets, next to the word or phrase to be explained or translated. Besides, could you have a look at the audio pronunciations? They are not really available. Maybe, you could make an audio package to be downloaded so as to make it easily usable or accessible especially offline. Thanks for it, anyway. Just love it and will recommend it more when audio package is available.

This would be more helpful if french noun gender was listed in each entry.

It helps me translate the words I need between English and French or vice versa

Best one and simple to use is off line. Doesn"t ask for any risky permissions. I suggest to every one to have it.

It's simple & nice while it works. I had to removed & reinstall b/c it simply stopped working w/o any warning. Also the audio feature isn't available on the free version. It has a real nice UI.

Great little app that gets the job done. Has some strange entries and some misspellings but overall it's excellent!

I would have given 5 stars but I can't because voice search takes so much time and after that I can't find any sound. Plz try to overcome these problems guys and after that it can be the greatest app.....Best of luck.....

I like it but words lack an abbreviation to show their category . Adj. Noun. V

This app is perfect for me, now I can communicate with my franch friends

Helping me out a lot on my French classes so far. My only suggestion is to add genders for nouns and to account for conjugated verbs.

Looks good and it can perform well than others...

Normally when typing a letter with an accent mark I long press that letter and I'm given the opportunity to choose the letter with the required accent mark. This does not work when using this program. As soon as I let go of the key the list of choices disappears and the first option is automatically chosen. I'm using SlideIT keyboard.
