Freezes up Samsung Galaxy S (Vibrant).

Cool concept, results appear random, possibly my phone.

excellent rare tool. I bought this amazing app for many tricks...but also for some studies around... well done fully featured UI. I like visually parsing and history comparision helping a lot to handle job in complex spaces. I bought full release to start amazing new kind average physics experiments with my becoming day by day smarterphone...thanks to yours and alike brainy apps..

No, it isn't perfect. But it's the best attempt I've seen to make a real sonar device from a cell phone. In 10 years maybe our phones will have the capacity to run a perfectly accurate sonar app. I love it when people find clever ways to implement the technologies on the phone. Thanks DICON!

Cool program that is fun to use and fairly accurate! SUGGESTION: Use the sensors in my Galaxy S4 to automatically calculate the current speed of sound based on the phone's built in humidity, temperature and barometric pressure sensors for an always accurate measurement in any room... ;)

Excellent app. Very accurate. Emailed developer about wrong mic problem on droid x and less than a day it got updated! Now works excellent dx froyo.

Well it obviously measures something, but I don't think it uses the back mic on my xt720, the measurements are pretty absurd. 0,5m to 5m against conc.

Seriously...its useful. With in half a foot most of the time. I am surprised...

Thank you for creating an application like this. It really works well (on my Droid)and it is loads of fun to play with. How about a waterfall display?

Awsome on G1, doesnt work on vibrant (possibly because of a one of the mods i have) and whats with apps to sd? Do we need this?

Fantastic!!! Just what I was looking for - android ver of iphone's sonar ruler app. Works perfectly on samsung galaxy s. WELL WORTH the 70¢ cost!!

Droid X haas a speaker on back and microphone on front.Will not work.

Result is interesting but as in explanation it says...this doesn't work well on all phones

Great concept, but needs to work out some bugs, e.g. distances HTC Aria

Amazing concept! bit off on the reedings. I might try pointing speakers the same way as the Mic :)
