Diamond Credit Union Mobile for Android
This app was fine till the last update...now it takes forever to load even when connected to a fast internet cable connection and it keeps asking me to register my mobile even after registering it over 10 times per week.
Needs auto focus for direct deposit via app. What's the point if it won't focus on it??
This would be great if it worked, but it crashes every time I try to make a transfer.
Every time I go to capture a picture of a check it doesn't even go through. Completely pointless
I had to reinstall the app because it didn't work. I tried to login, but failed because of a typo in my security answer. Now my account is locked.
Lately it just shuts down
I honestly just visit the Internet version it is so much more detailed, I love it, this needs work I will be Uninstalling it today.

This is absolutely great... shows everything fast & so much better than any of the old apps. Love it.
Never works
To open takes a good minute.... to navigate thru account the app hesitates & is very slow... can't completely logout, must shut down & clear history... just a pain to use!
Trying to capture a photo of the check is pointless if there is no way to correct the focus, its all blurry!!!! Maybe they accept it, but i highly doubt it.

Always crashes
At the time of this review I couldn't recommend Diamond to anyone who plans on using mobile banking as their primary access to their accounts. This app is out of date, unreliable, unpolished and downright ugly. The device registration feature rarely works. The app itself crashes randomly. While attempting to use the 'new' check deposit feature the app would repeatedly crash while using the camera leaving me wondering if my deposit ever actually occurred. The DCU mobile app feels cobbled together, much like the old Netbranch web interface - a mixture of third-party technology, stitched together to appear to function as a whole. As someone who is very reliant on mobile banking this lack of effort is a push for me to keep my money elsewhere.
At the current time I would not recommend it. Seems they did update a lot but most important to me is being able to deposit the checks which crashes every time I capture the front of the check. Back to the old way of deposits. I am sure this will be corrected which would make me happy with the app to an extent of it gets the job done, just disappointing they send an email pumping up this feature which seems like several people are having the same issue.
App works 90% of the time but never registers the device and always prompts for security questions.

This app lets me do everything I need to really quickly and efficiently. Love it.
Had problems using this from the beginning. It would not allow me to setup the account. I had to go to a branch office and they were unable to get it working. They deleted my setup and finally got it working. Went home and I am unable to use my home wireless. I see a message that the IP is blocked. I called Diamond Credit Union for support but they said my IP is NOT blocked. They had me reinstall the app, delete browser history, and reboot on both my phone and my tablet but I still get the same message.
I like the app, it's definitely functional and fulfills my mobile banking needs; however the style/design needs to be tweaked. Stylistically it looks cheap and something I would've expected to see on some first gen apps back on the iPhone 3G.
Constantly prompts to register your device,although I do so EVERY time I us the app. Then it asks for a security question, which it never reconizes and locks you out of your account...awful
The app does not load on my Samsung Note 3 therefore it is useless to me. Lengthy process to sign up on computer. I'm able to go to mobile website on phone. The updated online banking is excellent!
Updating availability is slow.. Other than that is cool.. Easy and fast to use..
Still outdated but I can actually use it now, so I will give it 4 stars. Still have to log in and register my device each time.

This app won't register my computer so I don't have to answer a security question and gives me security questions that aren't mine. It won't accept the correct answer to the ones that are mine. Super secure that even the account holder can't access it.
Never registers my phone and if my account is in negative it won't show the negative marking I always just go on the actual website now that's a lot more accurate
4 stars until I really get a feel for it, but it is already a huge improvement seeing as I can actually log into it now (I never did get the old one to work). I'm excited to finally have mobile app accessibility for my banking - for all those emergency d'ohs of forgetting to check that darn balance, as well as the ease of checking for paycheck deposits and monitoring spending on vacation or elsewhere engaged away from your desktop. It looks great so far, thanks for finally fixing this problem with a rehaul

Better than it used to be, but still woefully limited. Check out Simple Bank's app to see how it should be done.
Still outdated but I can actually use it now, so I will give it 4 stars. Is there a way to do an atm search on this app? It shows it on the screen shots, but I don't actually see it in the app. Nevermind, you have to log out of the app to use this feature.
Diamond nailed this new version!! Justneed to reprogram the brain with the new icons. Love it!! -todd becker

It's impossible to deposit checks now that auto focus no longer works. This makes the app useless as all of the other features are available through a mobile browser. Get it together Diamond. It's almost 2017. Give us a reliable app already!
