Alle Abo-Daten (Ihr Name, der Abo-Typ und der Gültigkeitsbereich) sind auf einem integrierten Chip auf der KAROCARD gespeichert. Die Daten können nicht manipuliert werden und sind für Dritte unlesbar. Bei Verlust der KAROCARD kann diese unmittelbar gesperrt werden.
