Using your product for the first time. Not at all satisfied. When i dial a number most of the time the call goes blank and i get charged for it. There is no sound or ring tone heard, the call minutes is 0, but i get charged for it. I have to restart the phone completely again for it to work. There are many bugs in your application. Useless app. It is scame. I strongly recommend not to use this.

Well app don't work registration get failed. And customer care is useless it seems to be app developer have zero knowledge.

Terrible service i just got 30 mins free and already lost 14 mins by doing nothing it made a call but no voice nor i can hear nor the other person can hear my voice worst quality

I can not even able to login to the application. I have registered through computer. But while open the application from play store it is asking to select country. But there is nothing showing to select the country. combo box is not appearing. re installed again and the same is happening. hope will solve the problem.

Works OK on Samsung S5. Couple of bugs, Major Bug: Although no call is in progress app blocks videos in the gallery and other apps which can have videos. Fix is to force stop the app. Bug 2: contacts import are not done correctly, duplicates visible.

Hi Team, I am unable to connect it in Saudi Arabia. Every time it says registration failed. But when I am in my office's network in Saudi Arabia, its working fine. Can you plz let me know if I need to install some kind of VPN of firewall in my handset to make it work?

Already contacted and they given code but after that ragisteration failed...so plz improve your services or quality... So poor aap...just downloaded..got the passwrd but still not get the code. So that i can use the app..no use of this app at all.. again chk all the pages of app but their is no such option to ask for code again...

The other party can not hear my voice. 8 out of 10 times...tried on android and iOS and...the support guy ask me to use another crap app ringtoworld....cheap things come with a price... Well said...

The old app was working fine. After installing the new app it is interfering with the phone functions. Firstly, it needs access to photos n camera. Phone speakers are no longer working - can't listen to music in loudspeaker. Alarms don't ring. I'll not be using this again.

Keeps dialing 4001 itself automatically for no reasons. Sometimes it just says registration failed and does not allow to you dial a call.

Tried to dial a number using WiFi and the call doesn't connect. Sent an email to support and the email bounced back.

Registration failed error is coming continuesly. Still the balance 4.4$ is present. Fix this as early as possible.

I had been using this AAP from last year but now I facing trouble to login.several time I asked to customer care team finally they failed to solve My problem and got funny reply that this service is not available at my current area I have to forget my balance in this account..... Poor service. Lot of troubles with the app. Rubbish voice quality. Consider this service a very last option. Customer care never resolves the issues.

I hv used regularly, no problem faced. If the internet speed is not good then then the problem is occurred.

I have been using this since 4 months. I never had a good quality call to India. My friends also. And I was calling to UAE, after talking 1 minute it repeats the call from the 1second, waste of money. very very bad.

Call gets disconnected very often...i hate..it...lost money... I used mobile voip software and call to india voip before..it was ok..it was a bit more money...but service was good... The owners of this software should do something about it

First it provided 2500 minutes in £7.99 but now SAME minutes in £12.99 to INDIA? Someone from this company send me messages on my WhatsApp that unlimited validity but its only 30 days validity. Now I don't trust this service. L's don't purchase this costly service. Try ALMAOUD LOCAL PHONE. Thanks.

No voice and ring while calling . While the balance get deducted all waste of money. Complained to the customer support no reply. There is live chat option but its so ridiculous nobody available for chat from ringtoindia.

I'm really disappointed because I am unable to start using this application.. I had registered with an email id, my number, and the country I am staying.. They had asked for a password and I completed it too.but no msg or call was done to verify... And thus it got stuck there...but now it shows " not valid user ". Had mailed to your customer service on 5th September and till date there is no reply from them...a very bad service.. It has been 2days since mailed you..lost hope in this app. Tisha Mariat Thomas

But please fix the problem that, sometimes on the first call, the other side person can't able to hear my sound. From next try onwards it will be ok. And please add Bluetooth headset support like in ring to world
