Sanatan Kriya, as formulated by Yogi Ashwini, encapsulates in its entirety, all the eight limbs of Ashtang Yog as prescribed by the Patanjali Yog Sutras about 5000 years ago. The effects of the chants are amazing, amazing to see is the effect of the chants on the surrounding environment and people, just play the shri gayatri mantra on a loop for some time and everything just changes withing minutes. Amazing chants great app. Just peace in my home is unbelievable.
