DhobiLite Laundry & Dry Clean

Worse service. They take 1 day to pick up and will make u wait for whole day. Never delivers on time. You have to call them 20 times to get your clothes delivered. And they dont clean clothes. I got my jeans and shirt with stain marks back the same way. They were just ironed and packed properly. Hated the service , people attitude.

Customer experience has gone down tremendously.. Delayed services and wrong pick up and delivery has become a daily thing. Engaging with them was getting tedious. Has forced me to change my laundry destination..

Dhobilite team is good - they are prompt in pickup as well as delivery. Plus I've noticed instances when they have gone out of their way to accommodate their customers demands. Keep up the good work!

Problem with delivery time. No proper management. Customer service goes down tremendously. Quality of work is also down specially in premium laundry

Calling many times for the pickup in fixed slot still the runner refuse to pick at the fixed time n delayed to next day ..

Didn't pickup the cloths at the time mentioned. Also, not informed about the pikup reschedule.

Cost Effective with Great Reaults..! Using dhobilite was much better than going here and there for dry cleaners even its also very cheaper than my other local drycleaners. Superb Experience!

Pick up scheduled for Sunday, it's already Wednesday, but laundry is yet to be picked up.

They just frauding by doing packing each clothes separately...but neither comitted nor they are delivering on time...I had booked due to delivery date was according to me ...but when m calling them on delivery date...they are saying that your clothes are not ready...and delivery will be done by tuesday only..without notice how they cam delay any persons delivery....of a person has emergency...still not listening..m asking them to close all processing and delivery in actual condition what is going on but.not

Pathetic.... They cancel my order thrice for consecutive three days Prior to this, few of my clotjes were missing after wash Pathetic service

I placed my order in the late evening slot at 6 pm and got a confirmation for 8 to 10 slot and there was no scope of mistake, deliveryman was in time. The deliveryman was very polite and they know howw to pamper their customers. There entire process was very smooth, as a consumer I am very happy and wash quality was equally good. I will recomment dhobilite to everyone

If you are in a tight schedule do not ever prefer Dhobhilite. They won't deliver on time. I gave my clothes on Tuesday it should have been delivered on Thursday they further extended it to Friday, it's Saturday now and I still have not got my clothes back. Now I have to change my train tickets because of them.

After using so many other services I tried Dhobhilite. And since then, Dhobhilite has compelled me to come back to them again and again. They make every rupee that I pay, totally worth it. =D

I was so looking forward for an experience with dhobilite considering the reviews but was totally bummed out with their service. First of all the scheduled pick up was delayed by 3 hours, the rider showed up only after me calling the customer care, funny enough how the guy claimed that the reason they charge extra is for the impeccable service which was very contradicting to the situation. Also I'd like to point out that the customer care provider asked me if someone's black shirt was in my pile!Seriously?

One of my friend refer me for dhobilite and say don't expect the fixed timing for pickup as well as drop. But it's sure that they will come and pickup the clothes and drop also. Just go for dhobilite only for quality and safety purpose.

Your dry cleaning service for shoes is really cool and up to the Mark but please introduce some basic cleaning services for shoes which are not so expensive as spending 300 for 800 shoes doesn't make much sense. So please see if you can do something.

I used your services when I was in Noida but I could not appreciate it much at that time but now when I moved to Bangalore this place have too many such services, but frankly speaking no body is as good as you guys were. I am giving you this rating for the work you have done in past, I would love if you guys come to Bangalore and can do my laundry again.

Nice work dude... just a suggestion that introduce urgent laundry where we can get things done in less than 6 hours. Lazy person like me forget about scheduling a pickup on weekend and I generally realize this before client meeting. You may charge good money for that, it will not be a problem.

There are not many providers for shoe cleaning and you did a fab job. Seriously I was not expecting that my sports shoe will come in such a great shape. Good repairing and cleaning, and on top of that excellent communication with the customer.

After trying horrible services of PickMyLaundry and Doormint, I tried Dhobilite and just loved the focus and amazing service. No fake promises but clean clothes and humble staff always on time.

Downloaded the app on Moto G, easy to navigate but it crashed once white OTP verification but from there it worked smoothly. I liked the concept and UX. So definitely a 5 star
