About Mindfulness Meditation Lab
IMPORTANT: THIS APP IS IN ALPHA DEVELOPMENT
Please Note: This app is currently alpha and experimental. It is a proof of concept, and functional prototype.
1. This app is 100% free and will always be free
2. We are combining science, meditation, and big data
3. This app uses a mindfulness meditation technique called 'noting'.
- You will be asked to use the app during meditation. Whenever one of six sensory experiences arises (see in, hear in, feel in, see out, hear out, feel out) you are to push a button. This powerful technique is about appreciating yourself just as you are.
- After submitting your meditation data from the app, you must visit dhammalab.com to see a full view of your analytics.
- Your meditation data is opensource under the MIT license - instantly and anonymously uploaded on our website for the public to see. This is the first time (we know of) anyone is merging mindfulness meditation with big data analysis.
