আল্লাহ বলেন, ﴿يَوْمَ لا يَنْفَعُ مَالٌ وَلا بَنُونَ- إِلاَّ مَنْ أَتَى اللهَ بِقَلْبٍ سَلِيمٍ﴾ ‘‘যেদিন ধন-সম্পদ সন্তান-সন্ততি কোন কাজে আসবে না। সেদিন উপকৃত হবে কেবল সেই ব্যক্তি, যে আল্লাহর নিকট বিশুদ্ধ অন্তর নিয়ে উপস্থিত হবে।’’[1] ﴿قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَنْ زَكَّاهَا- وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنْ دَسَّاهَا﴾ ‘‘যে আত্মা পরিশুদ্ধ করবে, সেই সফলকাম হবে এবং সে ব্যর্থ হবে, যে আত্মাকে কলুষিত করবে।’’[2] সুতরাং যে ব্যক্তি অমূলক বিশ্বাস, শির্ক, বিদআত, বাতিল অভিমত, সন্দেহ ও সংশয়, বৈষয়িক আসক্তি (ধন, নারী, গদি, যশ প্রভৃতির লোভ) রিপুর আক্রমণ, শরয়ী জ্ঞান শূন্যতা, অধিক বিলাসিতা ও হাসি, নোংরা ও কদর্যgআচরণ এবং পাপাচরণ থেকে নিজ আত্মা ও মনকে পবিত্র ও বিশুদ্ধ রাখবে এবং আল্লাহর উপর সঠিক ঈমান ও বিশ্বাস রাখবে, তাঁর নিকট আত্মসমর্পণ করবে, তাঁরই উপর সদা ভরসা করবে, তাঁরই নিকট সকল চাওয়া চাইবে, তাঁরই স্মরণ ও ধ্যানে সদা হৃদয় জাগরিত থাকবে, তাঁর রসূলের তরীকা সদা তার পথ ও হৃদয়ের আলোকবর্তিকা হবে। অধিকাধিক তেলাঅত দুআ, প্রার্থনা, যিক্র ও ইস্তিগফার তথা দরূদ পাঠ করবে। দ্বীনী মজলিসে অংশগ্রহণ, দ্বীনী বই-পুস্তক পঠন-পাঠন এবং সত্যকে চিনে তা সাদরে গ্রহণ করবে, মুসলিম তথা সারা সৃষ্টির জন্য যার হৃদয় দয়ার্দ্র থাকবে, তার হৃদয় পরিশুদ্ধ হৃদয়। মোটকথা পূর্ণ আত্মসমর্পণকারী একজন মুসলিমের হৃদয় বিশুদ্ধ হৃদয়। এমন না হলে মুক্তি ও সফলতার আশা করা যায় না। He said, )يوم لا ينفع مال ولا بنون- إلا من أتى الله بقلب سليم( '' One day your children will avail wealth.
