DGEP - Smart Training

n September 1997, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai ordered the establishment of Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP), the first comprehensive program for Government excellence in the world. His Highness vision for the program is to act as the driving force for the development of the public sector in Dubai to provide distinctive services for all the customers and other stakeholders.
Thanks to the tremendous cooperation of the Government entities, DGEP has succeeded in achieving a quantum leap in enhancing the services, performance, practices and techniques applied in the public sector in a sustainable manner.
Granted the unlimited support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, DGEP is continuously reviewing and improving its excellence model, criteria and award categories to match the world's best in class practices and the latest trends and concepts in excellence and organizational management practices.
The program's strategy, practices and processes are aligned with the Dubai Government Strategy and are continuously developed to satisfy the ever changing and demanding requirements of the government entities in Dubai
Dubai Smart Training Initiative is one of Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) initiatives aiming to enhance the capacities of Dubai Government employees in government excellence knowledge and applications using smart technology.
This App is the smart channel of this initiative that utilizes the mobility, interactivity and connectivity capabilities and features of the smart phone to offer the facility of training on 24/7 basis from anywhere in the world.
