DGT GTD & To-Do List [Alpha]

Effective Task Management After all the task management apps I've tried and uninstalled, this one gets to stay. Widget is easily customized and doesn't drain the battery. App looks complicated, but put a little time into the tutorial, explore the app, and everything becomes clear. Definitely worth the learning curve. No ads and it's free!

I' ve tried them all and I keep coming back to this one. It has a good GTD implementation if you choose to use it, but you can use it however you want. It has the best time scheduling options of anything out there. So many other apps don't have a lot of options for recurrent tasks, like being able to schedule every other day or every three days. They still haven't gotten the outliner working right, but I have hopes. Wish they made a version for laptops.

Superb app for managing your tasks and projects. Love the interface! If you like me are tired of apps that promise to be 'simple' and lacks functionality in every way this app is for you. Should cost money! Yet it is free. Go figure.

This app keeps me on track every day. All my repeating bills and todo tasks are in here. I sync to Dropbox. Super flexible: tags, contexts, folders. This app has almost everything you could want in a task manager. Very clean design. I've tried a ton of these apps too. I always have the 1x4 or 1x5 widget showing hot list items on my home screen. I'm surprised that this thing isn't more popular. I think it needs to be taken out of alpha development because it probably scares off many users.

Best Getting Things Done implantation on Android. Full of features and free. Essential app for me. This free app is better than all paid app I tried. I use it since early Android days. This app is only reason I still pay for Toodledo service.

Suggestion to make a great app even better: In Date & Time Settings the available date settings have a whole lot of distracting, redundant, space wasting full stops and commas. They are not necessary and look awful in lock screen widgets like C Locker. For example: "Sun., 31 Dec" can be abbreviated to "Sun 31 Dec" An extra option - "Sun 31 Dec 17" would also be useful.

Good app (used to be great), but not keeping pace with Android changes. Flickering, and missing key integration features that we thought were on the way 3 or 4 years ago.

By far the best setup I have seen for gtd and toodledo. It's so simple to use and understand and the ui is phenomenal. If you have any passing interest in GTD or toodledo you need this app.

So far this is the one has complete features and hierarchy of goals and tasks. About the length, it'll be good if one repeat task can be completed per occurance and then we can have a total length/duration of one task per week or per month. Example is a project that requires one task be done every week for 2 hours for total 6 weeks or 12 hours.

Great app. The best app for a great variety of different types of tasks.

Notifications won't work unless the app is in the foreground. No response from developers.

Its easy for task have enough options but i dont think it sync with mobile calendar

I've been using this app for years and I really like it a lot! Important things an app should have are reliability, performance, functionality (e.g. online, auto backups, filtering and user interface) and this app has all of them! Key features: • Built in filters (Hotlist, Starred, Inbox, Goals, Context, Tags, Status and Folders) • Checklist • Nagging alarm option! • Auto backups to Drop Box and SD card! • Sync with Tooledo! Love having the option to enter task online.

Been using this app for a long time. Every update has great feature/s that helps to manage my to do list with ease. However, the latest update I found that the auto delete completed tasks do not clear tasks after the set number of days. I tried setting to 1 day but the completed tasks remained undelete. Perhaps I miss out something. Overall a 5 stars app. Highly recommended.*edited* auto delete completed task is working after reinstall.

This is a great organising app. Easy to add task. Would be good to include Facebook messenger contacts and possibly.other apps contacts in the return messages part.

Please add a calendar so that task can be seen directly by date. Also please add high volume option so that it sounds high in regards of important task.

The best GTD application I tried.

I've been through a lot of task managers, and DGT GTD is the only one that has the exact features and behaviors that I want. Easy to add tasks quickly from widget. Space efficient widget with dates and color coding. Reminders even without due dates. Also, my phone somehow (partially?) factory reset itself today so all apps lost their data. The task list was lost but to my delight I found that DGT had been backing it up to the flash drive every night. Brilliant.

Update: love the new design :) A built in calendar would be really great too. And could there be some sort of sorting system.for the goals. Like long term and short term in different lists. UPDATE: Is there any way to complete a goal once it is done?

Initially frustrated I gave a knee-jerk rating. But developer responded quickly and helped me understand how to use.

This is a very well thought out application that works equally well on a phone or tablet. The design and features make it easy to use. The sync feature is wonderful. I can do all my task planning and reviewing on either my phone or tablet, and don't need a computer to get back to. I've tried many many task apps - I haven't found anything better, and the developer keeps improving it.

I am still using this task list system, and it remains the best. With Dgt I can do all my reminders, shopping lists, and much more. The latest updates have improved the app even more. Very user friendly. Syncs to Toodledo seamlessly. Thank you

This is my first ever play store review but I'm VERY happy to see the new version which addresses the flickering render problem! Thanks! This app is the only thing I have seen that can handle a large amount of todo items, when one is really doing GTD.

Have been using it since many versions ago. There are continuous improvements to the app which makes it more and more useful. Also received quick response and help from developer to my question. Well done!

Great way to set reminders to important tasks. Having a difficult time figuring out how to sync to dropbox & share taskes with other devices. HELP!

Though I started using it since a week only, I found it very user friendly, with most the features I was searching for. Stable, yet in alpha, so looking fw for the even better versions (and maybe with sftp sync as well :) )

I NEVER rate apps, can't be bothered. However, I made a point of giving this 5 stars because it is so well laid out, simplistic, intuitive and with plenty of features. Love it lots. People pay lots of money for crap. This is great and it's free! Helps me stay organised.

I've tried them all and I now use this app everyday and wouldn't be without it! Very attractive (fully customizable widget as well), it's functional and user friendly - it seems the developer thought of damn near everything. Excellent!
