did NOT cash my check or deposit it to my card. Had me write VOID on it so I couldn't take it anywhere else! It claimed to be "cashed" but never made it to my card or account. Called customer service but all they do is hang up. First time using this app and LAST.

Won't let log in after 1st time. Rejects legitimate checks when you call number it hangs up after selecting option to discuss check.

Bad app. When u open the app u have to agree to the terms, so u agree. Then u input your user name and password then banking details and then the problem occures. It keeps saying i have to agree to there terms. GET IT TOGETHER PEPS. WE CANT CONTINUE AS FOR AS OUR SIGN IN IF WE DIDNT AGREE TO YOUR TERMS IN START OF YOUR APP.. I EVEN CALLED AND THEY WERE NO HELP, BY SAYING THE SAME THING THE APP SAYS. FIX IT..

Not a very detailed description, on pre paid card transactions, just canfusing, needs to be like website, such as where and how much was purchased
