Great concept, but it would take at least an hour to enter all the information for each shift. It needs to have defaults that I can have used over and over, so I only have to enter unique details. Or perhaps I could enter data in from the web versus my phone.

Great start for an app but could definitely use a couple features such as clearing all tasks at the end of the shift for patient privacy. Suggested feature might include re-occurring tasks like vitals every hour with a certain number of repeats.
