Loved this app but then the new UI arrived. Forms now don't flow, more confusing for the users. Worst of all we have lost the Mic.

Great app and very helpful support

The So called NEW UI sucks big time. Really turned down the expectations I had for this application. I am running more than 10 devices now I am having second toughts. Older version UI was really good. Even the custom branding sucks on new version. In new version the drawings and sketches are getting stuck. Everything is cluttered in home screen with the tab named ALL. Signatures are getting suck when you sign. Photos are getting weird aspect ratios when you change the device orientation to snap the pic and rotate back, the touch sensitivity on buttons are limited to very small area where clicking a delete button is now a pain. Stacked view for tab is a mess not user friendly at all. Pervious saved form lost data while delivery the form on new version. New version is a hell compared to old version of this app. So dissapointed that I was expecting an upgrade where DM downgraded their app. Wish I could attach images in this review for people to witness how messy this new UI is compared with the OLD.

I will try this app...but it doesn't not say in app purchase or that you have to sign up. I understand that you do offer a free trial. But you should include this is your app summary, and ensure 'in app purchases' is visible to everybody. I can see that you advertise saying some advanced features require a subscription. Please edit this!

For me, this is the best mobile form app. Very easy to create and administer forms, data capture works even offline, auto submit when online. I wish form design enables more than 1 field in a row, that would be even better.

Harder to use, slower to fill out, can't delete unwanted drafts and looks like an old school atari game. Use it daily and hate it. Old version was an upgrade.

Go back to the old version. New version takes longer to type in information and the new Blue color hurts my eyes.

This is a fantastic surveying platform that we've used for several years. The team provide great customer service as well.

Very good condition and must not use this application for pleasure but for job related issues.

Phone crashed. Google reloaded but you don't give the option to log-in for current users. Would give 5* if you could. When try to re- reg get told email address is used. Please sort before I find another app. Thanks

The Android app could use a little love, but the platform as a whole is solid. Great customer support.

This app cuts the paperwork time for field crews by a factor of 60% or more. Incredible time savings that allows employees to be much more productive and safe out in the field. It has a slight learning curve but once you understand the platform, it works....well like "Magic." I have been using it for over 9 months and it still amazes clients. The support staff are responsive and great to work with and genuinely care about helping you figure out an issue. Great work.

Can't access saved data. Limited camera function. Tab with saved data disappeared.

Fantastic product once you understand how it works. Could have really improved my business. Only problem is Device magic wont take payment from UK business unless you are VAT registered so if you are a small business owner in the UK. Dont waste your time with the trial - only to find out you cant upgrade to the paid system. I wasted HOURS setting up the forms only to find this out when I upgraded. So backwards. Such a shame.

Amazing app with a beautiful interface. I respect the need to get online to create the form, even when it can be a hassle. It would be nice if there was a widget built to open a given form automatically. Also it would be great if the apply said device magic somewhere. Overall a great start.

One of the best software that I have ever seen. Very easy to understand and easy to implement, no need of any technical expertise. Salute to the team behind this product.
