This was a great app until they started with the 8 digit numbers. It worked fine. I loved it. Since the new numbers came about it doesn't work. My question is, why would you change something and launch it before it is ready? When I call customer service they tell me..we're working on it. It's been six months already. Really!!! What the heck is taking so long?

need help. The app stopped working two nights ago and says every time you try to log in that there is an available update but there is no update. app is unusable as of this morning this Sunday morning August 11th

When I called they said you guys haven't updated the app to work with 8 digit admin numbers in 2 years. What is the point of an app if it cannot be used? By the way this is my very first 1 star review and I have used Google play and Android since The HTC Dream (G1) came out for T-Mobile.
