You can choose your favorite category (Digital Art, Photography etc) and also sort based upon time and popularity.
1. Save images to your phone/tablet.
2. Set the image as your wallpaper.
3. Link directly to deviantArt website.
Permissions used:
1. android.permission.INTERNET -> To Access Internet
2. android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE -> To check internet connectivity before accessing internet
3. android.permission.SET_WALLPAPER -> To set the image as your wallpaper

I got the app hoping that I could upload pictures on my phone since I can't use my computer, but all you can do is look at pictures, and you can't even edit anything on your profile.
