Crashes or freezes. Have to uninstall and reinstall to make it work. Please fix

I use the mainly for volume control, and it works seamlessly for that. On a current generation phone, it seems to connect more quickly than from an iPhone 6.

The latest app and firmware upgrade enabled radio to be played directly from the Internet rather than just Bluetooth front your host device. This function works for the 30 mins and then just constantly intermittently cuts out after that. Not good enough Devialet!

It keeps disconnecting, does not give option to add dezzer as a source

Needs more information about audio quality from mp3 up to 24/192 ,also using qobuz does not find albums I have imported from the main qobuz app only albums I've purchased which is frustrating as I have to import twice and delete the other or I use my memory to fast, great sound though

Great potential. Excellent sound when it goes. Too little control over the devices. Volume control not always stable. stops after 10 minutes even though devices are still playing.

Useless app until the latest update. lets me play spotify over Wi-Fi without a bridge! big smile!

Spark works great - you do need a stable Internet connection for it to work perfect. The app works differently then just a streaming service it's more like a DJ app where you select music and make playlist up for just that listening session which is great because you're not stuck listening to the same old playlist all the time. The room selection set up is cool but I wish you could assign the same phantom to 2 seperate rooms so you could configure different speaker set ups.

Worst thing about the phantoms is this app. Buggy and slow to load. You can't save playlists either. It's not totally hopeless so it shouldn't stop you from buying the phantoms, but needs a lot more love.

First of all spark app was not opening up after installing it on my laptop. Then when i disconnected my home wifi, it opened and i could connect to phantom wifi and do few steps untill it asks again to connect to home wifi but as soon i connect to Home wifi, the app crashes...The app is crashing again and again when i try to connect with home wifi.. if this problem doesn't get solved... i might have to return the product.. My laptop has windows 7 home premium.

I spent considerable time trying to setup and connect to the Phantom speakers. There is no customer support. This is very frustrating. My only option is to ship it back and hope they refund my $2,000. Very sad : (

Me and my roommates each have a different music app from which we get our tunes. With this app, we simultaneously add things into the playlist to keep the music ever playing. Great app, easy to use and fast. The newer version is even better.
