Every time I re-open the app it says "No network connection. Reconnecting..." The only way not to get this error is to completely close/exit the app, which is a big pain. Would have given 4 or 5 stars if not for this huge UI issue.

Crashes too often. Doesn't color candlesticks correctly - fills body based on open vs close instead of the standard previous close vs close. (Causing errors that lose me money.) Window vs android vs iPod have unneeded differences. Watchlists not shared between windows, android and windows prophet charts, so you have enter them multiple times.

Connectivity issues - sometimes slow when connected (on both wi-fi and LTE) and lately, chat room streaming audio/video has failed to load (true for both iOS and Android versions). When it works, it's great, but chat room outages are annoying.

This app is horrible for actual trading. Robinhood does a better job. Constantly losing connection. Often time I have to swipe app away and log back in. For a company that charges a premium for their trading platform, I would think this would be way better.

Best in the business graphs, real time pricing exceeds everyone ( yes even I.B.) few issues but nothing worth mentioning. A version with multiple charts would be nice.

TOS has a great platform for trading and research, if put to maximum use it will can enhance P/L the only drawback is the commission which is quite high compare to others.

App is very friendly to new users. Yes you pay higher commissions here but if you're like me and learning you probably aren't making a crazy amount of day trades so no problem. I don't mind paying a bit more when I get a reliable platform and I'm only executing swing trades or even longer positions.
