1001 faces

This is a beta version of the 1001 faces app which aims at connecting people until no man is an island.

More than two millennia of Greco-Italian heritage has become the foundation of the western world and has marked Mediterranean languages with expressions such as “Una Faccia, Una Razza” or “One Face, One Race”.

Our 1001faces project aims to connect as many faces as possible through descriptive keywords chosen by the photographed subject. Eventually, each individual will be connected to another through at least one keyword such that “no man is an island”. The network visualization and web development is still in progress.

Al (a [at] 1001faces [.] org) and Deivison (d [at] 1001faces [.] org) are currently the only official photographers of this project founded by Al on the 20th of July 2011 at with the first photo taken in Bilbao at 18h28. We would love to shoot you or hear from you anytime you have a comment, a doubt, a face or 5 keywords.
