GTA 5 Mod Creator

I would really appreciate it if you could send me a link to a tutorial. I have been wanting to create my own mod for ever now and this app looks like it could help me achieve my goal. But there is one tiny problem... I don't know how to use it. But the app works really well gave it 5 out of 5

This is the best and easiest creator I have seen yet! To those who don't understand- this isn't really for you to just hop on and start creating, you gotta know what you're doing.

This app is really good of you know what your doing. If you are not good with mods or just started then I do not recommend installing this. If you are very good with coading then this app is for you

I was looking for mods but know I can make my own. I just don't know how to.

I'm getting frustrated

You make mods through the use of scripts. I'm not very smart when it comes to making or changing scripts but I know enough that you have to have good computer knowledge to actually know what you're doing. People need to stop giving this app a bad rep due to the lack of their own skills. Also this is only for PC. If you want to mod GTA for consoles then you will have to RGH/JTAG (Xbox) or jailbreak (PS3) there is no other way to do so. Definitely would not recommend trying this online.
