ServiceBridge for Android
Everytime you click on SB in latest version (12/14/16) it shows the opening screen before it shows the queue, then you have to find job AGAIN. super annoying, super F-ing annoying. These guys gotta stop posting on Facebook about baseball games and work on experiencing how it is to use their product in the field. I'm a fan of the program in general

Worked great until my galaxy s5 updated to 6.0.1. Now it is very delayed.
Overall I like the app but it is super buggy and I constantly have problems with it. If it would run good I would love it, but I can't recommend it with all the current problems.
Awful app. If you are looking for an app to oganise your customers and job, steer clear of this app. Always crashing and or reloading jobs which takes time. I use it to contact my customers the day before which should take 5-10 miutes but service bridge makes it take 30-45 minutes.
Nothing but glitches. Fixes create new glitches. Avoid this! Better to use pen and paper.
Works much better on my s5 than my iPhone 5c.

Great tool been using it for over a year first on the iOS and now on the android. Overall I felt the iOS version a bit more stable at time this is now getting better as they play catch up in terms of usability. Highly recommended.
Takes a little learning to use but does pretty much all that is required. Visa and Mastercard and debit payments are taken in the same tab. So bits could be clearer. Good
I second what the previous reviewer posted. Turning my phone sideways to see the jobs opened doesn't make sense. It's so frustrating! Just fix the bugs already and get this app working correctly.
As SB develops and is added to it is increasingly less user friendly and less stable. I keep having to uninstall/reinstall to get out of some sort of loop where it fails to sync.

Since the two recent updates I have to log in and out and hope it syncs. Was able to update at home while hooked up to wifi. Now on the road using 4G not able to sync. Test your updates further before releasing them.
New update now does not show addresses already in Service CEO when trying to add a job. Gets stuck trying to update data... and crashes.
This application is faulty and not compatible with the Android platform on the HTC flyer 105.
Cutting edge field service app: terrific potential
It is what we use at work for staying in touch with the office and receveing jobs and details on the go, take payments and pics about the job done. Supper app
We use it. Sometimes it has issues but they get on it pretty quickly.
This app used to be great for work with a simple log in page. Now I am forced to use the less convenient and more cluttered website because the app keeps loading some sort of sample data when I download it. Don't get it.

Never have any problems. But now constant notification that it is tracking my location. Battery drains waaaay fast now and you can't get rid of the notification without force stopping the app.
