Earthquake is displayed with the magnitude, time since, and type of earthquake (earthquake or quarry blast). The background will change colour depending on severity from green to yellow to orange to red.

As someone with at least a passing interest in seismology and volcanology, this is a neat app; simple, easy to use and to read. A widget and perhaps some Google maps interaction would make this app perfect. As it stands though, it's still very neat!
