I got a ticket even though I had enabled my parking period using the application. After I went to the city hall to see why this happened they told me that I the greek Ρ letter should be mapped to latin P instead of R for my car plate. This is ridiculous (no one ever does that) and there is no information about it in the application. The problem starts from the fact that the app does not accept greek letter for the card plate. Even if that is indented there should have been some kind of information that will explain how the mapping of characters should take place. So for something that is bad on your side, I lost 2 hours from my job today in order to get to the city hall and resolve the issue.

It gives u the option to create a wallet and top up only certain amounts of money (so to spend later on on parking) even when I put the credit card it has to top up 10€ 20€ etc. And not a single parking ticket for example 3.7€..so to a person who isn't a Thessaloniki citizen isn't the greatest option to support the local parking.. Push ppl to use the private sector parkings

Στο mail επιβεβαίωσης που έρχεται στον φάκελο spam δεν υπάρχει link ενεργοποίησης και μου έχει block το λογαριασμό.

Μόλις πλησιάζει το μέγιστο χρονικό όριο του πάρκινγκ με ενημερώνει για την λήξη του ενώ έχω ήδη κάνει διακοπή στάθμευσης.

Αυτοί που δουλεύουν πάνω απο τέσσερις ώρες που οι περισσότεροι δουλεύουν και δέκα και δώδεκα τι πρέπει να κάνουν δηλαδή?

Cannot top up wallet, keep getting "success" messages. I know I'm awesome but please fix the app.

Γελοίοι, φτιάχνουν app χωρίς PayPal... Μα πόσο καθυστερημένοι...

Προσπάθησα να την χρησιμοποιήσω σήμερα, πρωτη μέρα λειτουργίας. Εβαλα από λάθος λανθασμένο τηλέφωνο και δεν έγινε κανένας ελεγχος κατά την εγγραφη. Στη συνέχεια παρότι ενεργοποίησα την εφαρμογη μέσω email, δεν μπορώ να διορθώσω το κινητό τηλέφωνο. Επίσης, το πιο σημαντικό, δεν μπόρεσα να χρησιμοποιησω την εφαρμογή λόγω μηνύματος λάθους "Bad gateway"
