Just the right thing

I have been trying out different guided imagery to help with my anxiety for about 3 weeks so far. I just can't get deeply involved in the imagery of some of these podcasts, but I really enjoy the Anxiety Relief Practice. I like the narrator's voice, too:) I have a small collection of guided imagery audio programs which I have been using at least twice a day and they are definitely helping!!
Better than therapies. Breathe and you relax to stay better focused throughout the day
