Public Events for Destiny

As long as you are *in* the zone of choice before its timer hits zero on the app, then you will likely have the event happen. The app tells you up front that it is color coded based on the likelihood it happens, so I know going in if I choose a "red" event it may very well not happen, and that's fine. Up front, no lies. The app is very well done, and has helped me get things done as I see fit.

This was a great app until the past couple weeks. Now it crashes on open when selecting any location other than default old school Cosmodrome. I will change to 5 stars if fixed but better be soon. I use the app daily and there are other free apps without ads that I can use. I prefer this one because of it accurately giving times for events, but if it only crashes, I have no use for it.

Absolutely love this app, great wen doing bounties or just doing events for fun, alot of people moan about this app but ive been using it for a long time now... admitted its not accurate but you just add 2-3minutes and the events start. Great work devs :)

Have had this about a week now. Great little app when it works. However it crashes whenever you go to scroll through the different areas. These crashes just start3d as of yesterday. My review is neutral because it all depends on how they handle this. If they fix the software quickly then 5 stars

Meh..... I have used this app quite extensively since it came out a couple of years ago. At first it was pretty accurate, but within the last year or so not as much. As of now, it only seems like it works about a third of the time. I will show up a minute or two before the event starts and then wait anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes after the event has cleared off of the tracker with it never occurring.

The app doesn't seem to have been updated since TTK for the events, I could forgive rise of iron being fairly recent but TTK events? Nope. I'll be generous with 2 stars, not sure if it's timer is just lucky sometimes or if it's accurate. Blind squirrel maybe.

This app works. What people are missing is the fact that public events do not always spawn. It has nothing to do with this app. It's also been discussed that if you are the only person in that area the event may not spawn. Want a reliable event? Hit the divide on the original patrol. Walker drops 90+% of the time.

Nothing other than the fact that the time is delayed. only ones you shouldn't wait for is the red highlighted ones. you have to wait till either -5 or -6 min for the event to pop up.

Was going to give it 5 stars. Used to work great on my galaxy S7 edge. Now it loads, gives me an add and then when I try to select the place I'm in, it stops and force closes. Great job!

Downloaded on Samsung tablet. One of the few apps on my tablet. App runs sluggish and videos lag. Timers are off by about 10 min. Would rather goto a website.

Late by a minute, wait 6 minutes instead of 5. Also alert goes away at 6 minutes so then you can't report event.

Maybe if the devs would update the app to the new stuff, it would actually work right. But it doesn't. If a service works 1/15 times, that's COMPLETELY unacceptable. 0/10 would never download again

Spent an hour going to 8 different locations and didn't get a single public event to pop-up. Don't waste your time on this garbage.

Used the app and site to find 4 different events. Never spawned event.

None of these event trackers are accurate at all. Yet they want money for them. I give this an extra star due to the nice video clip showing the area.

I was happy when the plaguelands were added. You have to be patient...if you give it about 2-3 minutes, the event starts. I personally haven't had any problems with the times...

Used to be pretty accurate if 3-5 minutes off but you could still count on the event coming but now I struggle to find one

I'm giving it two stars because it USED to work. Lately, as in for the past year, it had been misleading at best. It's a shame. Used to be really useful.

This thing is right about 20% off the timbre especially since the ttk? A lot of the "public Events " are just taken

Ever since public events became soloable Ive fallen in complete love with them. This is truly a godsend of an app and i can't wait to try it out!

Every time I try to switch panes to see another planets public events. The App crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still seems to happen.

People says it's not accurate but I don't think so, if an event is happening on the app but it's not popping up for you it's because your not in the right server in the active event. Just leave patrol then go back and rush to where it's happening at and hope it's the right sever

It's worked incredibly well until recently. Now it crashes every time I try to change locations.

I get that the events are random in nature but more than half the time they never even happen. This is ridiculous

So many folks says it works... i am 0-12 for events. Lotta wasted time. Good idea tho.

Show up at start time or a few min before and within 5 min (or less) the event starts most of the time on green events. Very helpful!

Worked fine for months, but the last update bricked it; it starts, but as soon as you swipe, it crashes. Un-and-reinstalling doesn't help.

Trash!! Don't even work right I go to the event and its not even there when the time is up I waited 5 min 6 times reported the time and still dont work I gibe this a -10/10

It does work but the timing of events is almost 6 minutes off...it's usually around -5 to -6 minutes when an event pops up...

Pretty decent timer. Youll need a stable Internet connection else you might not be able to fetch updated event times.

Only showing Earth events and when I click on another location the app crashes every time.

They fixed the crashing! Good app, and I like that they read the reviews snd help

Currently broken and crashing any time I try to view anything besides Earth.

I've been using this app for two days and at best it is maybe 25% accurate. I've been testing it on all the planets and so far out of about 20 events listed only 3 of of them have been right and the timer on the one that do appear are at least 2 mins off

Very Good. Works for properly (+-30 seconds on events). Bugged only one time

Spent about 7hours today on my day off hunting for these events not once out of 50+ with 3 people doing it absolutely worthless

Use to work, but sadly no longer - I get to the area 5 to 10 mintues before time, and wait till its -6 minutes, but the event doesnt show up. This has happened multiple times on all maps.

I use it whenever I want too get my 1st gold event of the day. & it's still pretty accurate after all this time! Keep up the Gr8 work!!!
