Right now the app is going threw changes. I have it on android and it's letting me know when all the people I love to work with is logging in and out of the app right in the middle of writing my reports every time..... and the app being very slow is making my night so much better. To the people that manage this app stop messing with my night so I can get the job I love so much done so i can go home please.

This app has a BAD habit of randomly deleting reports before they are submitted, and also giving users access to other reports that are not their own, allowing them to edit and submit the wrong report. There is also no way to upload multiple photos, they must be uploaded one by one. Highly inefficient when we try to provide our clients with a multitude of photos with their reports. I will change this review once these issues are fixed.

Give back the option to paste! I do all of my reports on my notepad and then post them!

To be fair, I had to delete my previous review since using this app for over 2 months. I downgraded it to NO STARS and here is why. 1. Power consumption. The only other app that sucks more power than Destiny is my screen app. Even the OS running my phone takes less. 2. Frequent boot off and timeouts. If you loose connection with a provider, it will log you off. 3. Crashes when you need it the most. If your writing a report and it crashes, a rewrite is required, no auto save. 4. No settings to adapt it, most officers don't have $900 I Phones, I don't and why should I spend all that money to run a 99 cent app. 5. Bloated, can't customize. The counterpart competitor SilverTrac runs flawlessly even on @10.00 smart phones. 6. Uses apps most people have turned off. Since it's not a standalone app, it activated apps we turn off. 7. Frequently tags as malware or intrusive software. In all it's just a terrible app and the officer should not have to play all night with this app, should be productive in his/her job. Maybe the client-customer PC versions work well but for us line users, it's a game changer employment wise. So that is why I rated it this way. Addition.... This software does more, tracks all your activities even if your not logged in. Your employer can track your complete activities on your phone, where you go, your social media posts, etc. Anyone using this program is at risk.

Crashes EVERY TIME I try to do something else on my phone.

SINCE LAST YEAR THIS APP IT'S ACTUALLY HAVE BEEN IMPROVEMENTS ON IT WORK FINE NO MORE CRASHING AND FASTER RESPOND!

Not good app

My company is not getting my reports and now I'm being held responsible for your program not being able to successfully do its job.

Quit working on my phone with the newest update. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. After the login screen it goes blank and doesn't function.

I have really had it using this app! Constant errors and glitches. Can't view safelisted information on a vehicle registered with property and it automatically logs me out. App shuts down when trying to upload photos. App gives error notice when I turn my screen back on to use the app.

Please bring back the old version and old layout. The new layout is terrible, and the new version is 10x slower than the last. For what our company pays to use this software we shouldn't have to be beta testers. Make sure the new versions are stable before release, are actually an improvement, and don't change the user interface without consulting with your customers!

New format is dumb and inefficient. We do not need that much yes or no prompts just to get to making a report. The fewer steps the better. We make over 50 reports in one shift this has slowed down our work load by a lot. The old format was 100x better. Also, Remove the feature where it says needs account and classification to save the report all of these limit efficiency rather than helping in anyway.

When just trying to scan a QR code without doing a report gives network error unable to load even though full service

It sucks eggs. Recommendimg my comlany to get new vendor if issues dont get fixed. I dont see any new good deatues with the new updates.

Not liking new format very buggy

I'm think you should have left the old app available .we could still work until the new problems are fixed then go to the new app if we want to or stay with the old app that would have have been nice to have options.

This is so bad. If you can avoid using this app, do your very best. The permissions that it *ahem* needs are invasive at best, and a security risk at its worst.

There are several issues that have not been dealt with. I'm unable to send any reports with pictures. If the app has been open for an extended period of time, all of the reports saved will disappear until the app is completely halted and restarted. My latest issue is not being able to log in at all. The app tells me I need to update to the latest version even though I am using the latest version. Get it together.

This new update suck it stays in the loading window and it's slow.

Not sure what complaints are but for me this app works seamlessly, no issues, no problems. Best patrol app around and I've tried a few before this one.

I use this for several hours per day. PROS: Speech to text, no paperwork. CONS: Reports sometimes will kick you out UNSAVED, losing all you have typed, if you switch out to another app and come back before saving...dialog box during speech to text can't see more than a sentence and a half, meaning autocorrect might change the text after it has scrolled off-screen, without you knowing....If I upload a report, all reports below it in the list get misaligned. Have to back out, click SAVED again...

This app is terrible, I have tried and it doesn't work.

It will not let you log in. You get an error message asking you to update to the latest version in the Google play store, which I did and it still doesn't work.

great tool, but not a tine saver in a way, & yes a tomer saver in a way...

Before and after update i cannot login and its critical for my job to do the reports

I love the new features, but the app after being on for more than a hour starts to have problems and I have to login again.

It works very badly and very quickly consumes the battery.the guard tour system is a disaster. Sometimes it does not send the scan bar codes.
