Great app. Really useful

I submitted two pictures a couple of weeks ago and still do not have answers. I paid for the year subscription. Rip off!!!

Paid premium, now can't update account info following a hack and can't get in to my account. RIP OFF!!!! Want my money back!

I paid premium and after awhile it wouldn't let mevuse the plant ID even though it was "unlimited". When I tried emailing the company 3 times to correct this and got NO response. Cancelled my membership and requested a refund.

I have downloaded and want to start an account...want let me start!!

I love this app. Doesn't take very much growth for them to give you an accurate answer in just a short time. AMAZING!

When I attempted to set up my account, it allowed me to enter my email, password, and zip code, but then the button to advance to the next step didn't work.

After the recent updates all my IDs disappeared. "invalid session token" all the time..

I've used this app for years and the experts at Garden Compass successfully ID all of my mystery plants every time! Such a handy tool to have... Highly recommended!

I sent a picture to be identified and it took a while for them to identify it. The second picture I sent is still pending. And it won't let me take another picture because I've used all my credits. Now they want me to "buy" more credits. Uninstalling.

Uploaded a picture of the plant I wanted to identify, and the app identified it a couple of weeks later as a "NEED TO SEE A FLOWER" plant. I thought this was a plant identification app.... not a flower identification app. So, I waited another 6 weeks for the potentially unwanted plant to flower, took a picture and sent it in, and...no response back. Don't use this app, it will only frustrate you.

I thought this would be a great way to keep track of my garden andsee what some of the that a previous owner had planted. It gives you 2 free plant or problem id's them you must but credits. You cannot add plants to your online garden without having credits. So unless you only have two types of plants or want to pay money for someone to tell you want plant you have (even if you already know what that plant is you have to have your pictures identified) don't bother with this app.

First credit use response was good although vague, 2nd credit use was nonconclusive. No credits now and it's been over a month since those so i either used a credit and didn't get an answer or didn't get a credit this month. Either way, uninstalling.

downloaded it the other day after learning about the app...had a question about a plant and expert responded quickly...thank you

There's some good info in here, but I had two ID requests that sat for for almost a week and never said more than "pending". Now they disappeared completly.

I went for a walk the other day and found this gorgeous white flower and wanted to know what it was called and where can I find this plant? One of my friends suggested to download this app and ask the experts. So I sent in a picture and got a response right away. It was the matillija poppy that I admired so much. I was expecting the response to take at least 24 hours but got one within two hours. Thank you Garden Compass you guys are awesome, keep helping novices like me!

It isn't free if you have to pay for credits and the identification turnaround was over 24 hours. This app is useless to me.

If you don't get an ID within about 24 hours, you probably aren't going to at all

Super app for the keen gardener. My first query as to an unknown shrub was answered promptly and with hindsight was absolutley correct. Many thanks.

Takes 24hours to get an answer?

Purchased the app øne hour after I started using it, now I have an actual opportunity to manage indoor plants by understanding the conditions they thrive in. Best app

I downloaded this app in hopes to aiding my identification of edible plants. Although the plant identification was correct, it took about two weeks before I received a response I actually had deleted the app and the like when one day 2 weeks later saying the plant had finally been identified. So its meh at best. I wouldn't pay for it.

Two questions and then you have to purchase credits?! Rotten way to get someone to download your crappy app

Ms. Hazen said this is the hardest part of the project, but she was WRONG.

I love the idea of having real plant experts and botonists identify and tell me more about my plant. Descriptions are really thorough, and feedback and advice on plant care are really really helpful

This actually connected me to a real person who answered my question and gave me advice how to help my plant survive! Then.. She told me to place it in my care calandar in which this app is set to remind me what I need to do throughout the year. What a cool unique app...
