DeskPRO for Android
Clunky interface when moving between tickets. No improvement that I can see in the past two years. The deskpro Web interface is great, but this app is just plain bad. It really only works for notifications. Please improve something on this app....anything.
This app is way overdue for a much needed update. Why can't I create tickets for users like I can in the desktop version?
Can't open url with ssl (https), please fix it.
This would be good if it worked on my Samsung Note 3. It loads ok but it jams up and I either have to wait ages for the error message that desk pro has stopped working or take the phone battery out.
For such a powerful desktop interface the mobile app is a let down. Frequent crashes and no updates for a year? Signatures, sla and ticket creation would be great to see.
Would make a lot more use of this app if I was able to create tickets in the app.
The desktop system is great. Though the mobile app is lacking. It's too laggy and needs a better interface.
It gets the job done for the most part, but there customizable settings, saving filters, or making new tickets. It would be nice if they could model it more after the site itself.
Slow to load provide not much use on mobile devices
It would be nice if the ticket section was customizable to allow you to set it to remember your filter setting and also sort newest to oldest. Have to change after viewing every ticket. The actual service blows anything else including Zendesk, Freshdesk, and every system I've used out of the water. Android app just needs a little love.
By far the best system I've used. The app needs the ability to administer and control the system and notifications a little more. Otherwise, fantastic and fast!
Superb in all respects. Reports, knowledge base and language translator are brilliant functions.
