About Desjardins mobile services
Use Desjardins mobile services to make your standard business and personal financial transactions securely and get financial information on your smartphone or tablet, no matter where you are. Certain functions also available on Android Wear.
Use AccèsD mobile to:
• deposit cheques by taking a photo of them, without having to go to your caisse or an ATM
• check your caisse, credit card and prepaid card account balances without having to log on with InstaBalance, whether you are an individual or business member. Also available to non-members who are Desjardins credit or prepaid cardholders
• check the balance of your various caisse, credit card and prepaid card accounts. Also available to non-members who are Desjardins credit or prepaid cardholders
• search transactions made in the last 12 months in your various caisse accounts by type and period
• pay your bills, suppliers, credit card accounts and Accord D financing plan and repay your line of credit
• add service providers and organizations for bill payments
• transfer funds between your accounts and between individuals (including transfers to accounts of Desjardins credit cardholders) and add or delete recipients
• make Interac e-Transfers®
• select a monthly plan or change your current one
• open or close a High Interest S@vings Account or Enhanced Investment Business Account or invest in Term S@vings
• create, track, modify a project as part of My Savings Plan or support a loved one’s savings plan
• use the Hop ’n S@ve instant savings tool and receive notifications to help you reach your goals
• get access to Desjardins credit card cash advances
• apply for a credit card or mortgage loan

Way too bloated is almost 50mb i mean really? Caisse Desjardins is forcing their clients to install this monstrosity.God knows they can afford properly developed code so what is the reason behind this absurd size of an app that is large enough to be an OS! Makes one wonder what this code is actually doing.This app needn't be more than 10mb.

Bien pratique mais malheureusement la fonction "Hop Epargne" ne fonctionne pas et retourne toujours une erreur lorsqu'on clique sur le bouton "Virer" Les messages d'erreur que je reçois sont ???fr_CA_ACCESD.erreur.null??? ou Une erreur s'est produite. After a certain time, apps will no longer recognise your password even if you keep using it on an everyday basis. Reinstaling app will do nothing. Not a simple "password forget", it keeps doing it weeks after weeks even if verifying the password is correct.

I chose Ontario as my province even though I live in BC. I thought maybe it was a difference between English and French. Whether this is true or not, I have access to my balances at my fingertips. I did need to use my financing account number, NOT my credit card number to gain access.

The log in doesnt work and it wont take my keyboard input ill put in "4540" and it becomes "4440" or "4444" probably not the only one with this problem, not a screen issue, keyboard issue or any type of issue on my phone ive restarted my phone i even took of my screens protective glass to see if thats what it was... so cant see my bank info and i lost money from removing an expensive screen protector so i hope this gets fixed faster than i can decide to change banks cause i know others dont have this issue.

Est-ce possible d'ajouter plus de téléphones supportés à l'app pour paiement mobile? (je ne peux pas commenter sur la page de l'autre app, car impossible de l'installer) J'utilise un téléphone Nexus qui est le standard pour Android, c'est donc un peu «bizarre» qu'il ne soit pas supporté.
