Claim 360º

Used to be a great app. Now it crashes the first time you enter your details. When you go back to redo your claim, upon submitting it throws an error stating you have hit the limit which is clearly below. Emailed support, they read nothing of what I wrote and said my $45 claim exceeded their $500 limit. Lmao! Seriously delete the app, go online through the website and enjoy life. This has been going on for months. They clearly have no interest in fixing the issue. Typical insurance company. No surprise lol!

The apps worked okay for submitting my claim online, but all of a sudden the app crashes every time after I entered my password to login... Pls fix!!

Crashes as soon as I enter my login details. Website down for maintenance and call center closed. Poor service.

Crashes when u try to login

Worked great till android updated to newest version now it changes the dollar amount after I've put it in the claim. For example I put $23.75 in then I submit then in gives me an error saying I've claimed more them possible in one day. I go back and i notice it put $2375 and every time I correct it goes back to that after I hit submit.

Crashes all the time and is one of the most infuriating apps I've ever used. Eventually allows me to submit claims but it takes forever as it always crashes. I would use the website but that's always in French and I have to wait for Google to translate it all the time.

I've used this app before and it's been good, but this most recent download doesn't allow you to add a dental professional. Pretty bad since that's probably the most common use of the app... needs a fix.

Chaque fois que je veux faire une réclamation à l'aide de l'application, elle est en "problème technique" et je finis par aller sur l'ordinateur. L'application serait pratique si fonctionnelle, mais elle est "down" tellement souvent qu'elle en est inutile.

This app is useless what's the point of filing a claim on my phone if I still have to mail in the receipt? I might as well just not wasted my time using this app.

Waisted half hour trying to figure out why I couldn't add my provider. Both my claims were compound rx. Does not accept claims by physician provider.. useless

Doesn't have drug coverage option. You can't file claims for GP or family doctor either. Useless!

Sucks. Worked once then it completely forgot who i was. Told me i didn't know my own birthday or my mothers name.

Most other insurance companies provides detailed information online regarding benefits (dollar amounts covered, remaining coverage, services covered, etc... ). Zero info with Desjardins. Very disappointed.

App keeps crashing and it doesn't show claims I've filed outside the app that are pending. UGH.

This app doesn't work consistently. It always tells me I have an invalid user name and password. Sometimes by sheer miracle, I'm able to login successfully.

Used to work fine, but now I'm getting the "check your connection" message all the time. My connection is fine (obviously), so the problem is with the app. Unusable.

Completely useless so far. "Sorry an error has occurred. Please check your connection and try again" on every single login attempt. Happens on the cell network and three different wifi connections so far.

Logs off after 1 second automatically

It crashes at least 1 time out of 2. Very frustrating,especially by it holds such promise!

Always a connection error! Uninstalling it! Useless!!!
