My username and password doesn't work it redirects me to the full site and it's not mobile friendly before the updates I can log on and use the app not anymore please help will be in installing the app

This is great!!! It allows me to study for school while also being on the go. There are a few things that could be made better, but overall it is great.

the basics are there as far as you for a quick course or financial status check

Can't access courses and if you can get in, it's not in a mobile version.

I'm hoping an update can change the app back to what it was, a mobile easy to use version of the full website. Now the login doesn't work. You are redirected everytime to the main page and have to use the full website on your phone. There isn't an option for a mobile version. Your constantly having to zoom in and out just to navigate the page. This last update if not corrected soon will cause me to delete the app because it is no longer useful to its purpose.

(Update to a previous review) I am trying to create replies in the D2L section and the discussion list is so small you can't even pick an option. Of all the glitches, this is the worst one by far. Please fix this asap because I depend on this app when I'm away from home.

I cannot login to my classes. What is the point of having an online course app if you cannot login to your classes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice and it keeps saying my username and password are invalid but when it takes to the Brower I get right in. However the Brower is useless because it's formatted horribly for a phone. Please fix this problem and let us login to our classes with this app!

I can't even get into my class which is the whole reason I had this app. Very unhappy with this latest update!

I have a cougar tracks account but the mobile app doesn't recognize my username/ password

I used to be able to read discussions on my phone, since the update they are so small and I can't zoom in to be able to read them. Doesn't do me any good if I can't read and post.

It logs me out a lot and that drives me crazy or if it let us save browser and keep it logged in. I can log in and it will log me out in the middle of reading a post/grade report.

I need to either be able to zoom in or the screen needs to be bigger. Also needs a back button so I don't have to go back to the main screen every time I hit back.

Every update gets worse. It's very disappointing.

Has everything you need in one place. Easy to use.

The app is great on an iPad. It not so much for the phones. Very slow start up and the pages take a little while to load.

I can't do anything with this app. Even on a tablet it isn't all that. Come on guys. Hire some tech help. App isn't worth a rating. Possibilities- I'll keep watch.

I really wish this was as functional as it is supposed to be!!

(HINT THEY RETOOK THE COURSE) UI is terrible. The discussion text box is hidden by your keyboard so you dont know what you're typing. Anytime you hit back you go back to the main screen then you have to go through all the screens to get back to your discussion. You can't download or view any documents, PowerPoint, word, reader. It's just plain awful. Could of been useful for discussions on the go. You should also get notifications when people respond but nope..

I continue to get this error starting that the app is "Unable to download university configuration. Please check your connectivity and try again". After checking I had full connectivity, I uninstalled and reinstalled without results.

Just got the 6.0 update and now app won't work. Even uninstalled and reinstalled and still won't work.

It is a helpful app to do some discussions while not at home, but it needs to be changed so the back button or back arrow just take you back one screen, not to the home screen. If I look at one post, I have to go through everything again to look at another post. Also, the content tab will usually not load anything for me.

App works great and is perfect for discussions while on travel or checking grades. One problem I ran into while doing discussions was that if the screen started going into sleep mode while you were looking something up and not typing, once you woke up the phone it would loose all data typed into the discussion and start over. Similarly, I did not notice a save as draft button at all, I ran into an issue of hitting the back button when typing a discussion and it cleared all information I had typed.

It does what i need it to when i need quick access to my courses

It comes in handy when you need class info quickly.

It has worked fine the past year and a half but the past 2 weeks I haven't been able to log in smh. I am now uninstalling it!

Its crazy that changing the screen orientation or switching to another app completely deletes anything that you were typing in this one. It constantly reloads and forces you to use another device for research. Frustrating to say the least

App won't login. Keeps saying check domain name,user name, or password.

This app likes to crash, and for the most part it only functions as a menu to be routed to the desktop version. You're not able to view your grades, which is the biggest appeal of having an app for your school.
