Ayyappan (also called Sastavu, Manikandan or Sasta) is a Hindu deity who is the son of Harihara, a rigvedic deity fused with both Shiva and Vishnu. He is generally depicted in a yogic posture, wearing a jewel around his neck, hence named Manikandan, Literally meaning "With bell around the neck"

Thanks for this useful app. to every Ayyappa devotee...especially during daily pooja. The replay option must have single time also ( except chants, multiple choice not really useful for songs like Harivaraasanam) One more option shall be "play all" single time...will cover complete pooja.
