Love this app and it's so easy to use. The only frustration I had was when they upgrade to a newer version and I had to change my password. Really font like changing my passwords. Once it was changed though I was happy. The other thing was I wasn't sure if I liked the new version at first but now I'm okay with it. Love Desert Schools and everyone nice. Thankyou Emily for being there since day one. Your awesomesauce with a cherry on top. Have a blessed day.

This is now my favorite banking app! The first day was rough, but it's all fixed now. It's very customizable and user friendly. I can see pending transactions early on. There's so much more information available, including APR on my loans and exact details and routing numbers. I love that I can rename and even color code my accounts, and hiding my savings keeps me from being tempted to spend it, haha! Balance Peek and quick login features are a major benefit. All update again once I've tried a remote deposit. Very hopeful that they've improved their camera function.

Ever since the update I have been unable to sign in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no change. Every time I try to sign in a red box comes up with "you are offline, please connect to internet". I've tried with WiFi and 4g(verizon) on my galaxy s8. All of my other apps and internet work fine. This is beyond frustrating!

Changing from 1 ???? to 5 ???? ????????????????. The app didn't work this morning, which needless to say was very inconvenient, but it was fixed before the end of the day. I never had issues with the previous app and other than the launch issue, I hope to not have any (more) issues with this one. By the way, I'm glad that I'm now able to login with my fingerprint.

Was very frustrated at first since the mobile website went down. Pulled up the full site on my phone, set up my account(s) plugging in all the required codes and information required. Once my new password was selected on the full site, then downloaded the app, and only had to sign in like normal. Loving it so far! Very user friendly once you're on.

So far so good. Pretty easy to navigate. Just tried the check deposit through photo in the deposit option for the first time tonight. Doesn't seem instant. Hoping the amount will come up tomorrow. Over all the process was easy. Maybe too easy. Never know unless you try. :)

This is ridiculous, I'm have the same problems as everyone else. I'm currently on hold because their temporary password they assigned my account doesn't even work. I used to think banking with a local bank was a good idea, now I'm thinking about switching banks with all the issues I've been having with them lately.

Would. Have been ideal to close off the old app or add a warning that directs you to download the new app... All you get is 'you are not connected to the internet'. I'm sure there was communication about this but I don't always remember every email I get...

Why can't I just use the old app? Everything was fine and now I have to hassle around on this app because it doesn't recognize me and I keeps having problems continuing into steps. Making me have to start over and deal with more nonsense. Unbelievable.

I always thought why desertschools doesn't have a good app like other banks. Now they have it. thank you. But I still need to see my pending transaction within the app which this version lacks. I hope they add it in the next update.

This was a "We are not ready but push it out anyways" deployment. Educational content is 3rd party developer test content. You can break it by going to settings or the message center. They want to limit their liability to $50 (yes you should read the fine print) when someone takes all your money if you accept the terms and conditions and use the app. We may change banks just because of this alone. In short, an utter disappointment that was not planned and tested enough before deployment.

Doesn't work or system unavailable, slow, layout sucks. Worst rollout of new banking app. Can't even get on website. I called and they answered that mobile banking is down and if I wasn't locked out of account I just had to wait. No estimate on when website or app would be available. Of course, the website has a banner promoting the new app with 'less hassle'.

Really slow to load. Balance showing in the app is different from what shows through the online website. Option to use a pin number to log on keeps reading itself. I've had to redo it four times. Desert Schools needs a good app....this is not it.

I was going to download this app yesterday, but was a little leery based on the comments. I assumed the issues were related to other computer issues related to DSFCU. I deleted the old app first and downloaded the new one. I was able to get in easily the first time. I love the new app. Its very easy to use.

Still needs some work. They've made some visual improvements but the developer needs to put some work into the camera functionality for doing deposits. The app doesn't work well with various camera's aspect ratios. My new Pixel 2 is impossible to do deposits with this app, the image is so stretched it's illegible.

The older app was way better. This one is slow. When you try to log in it tries to pick up where you left off but never loads and you have to press back to log in. Transferring money isn't as easy. Plus your account info isn't as easily able to see as before. F-

App is very laggy and takes way too long to load accts, even running on wifi with 60+ dl speeds. Transfers tab never loads accts and once you try to add accts, it bricks the app to where I can't even back out or go to different menu. I end up having to force stop app and reloading if I want to get back to acct info. This thing is terrible. **Update** App has definitely improved over last couple days. No more time outs while trying to load accts or transfer screen. I'd say on par with other banking apps I use

Hate this. My old app worked just fine. If I am out and about, I do not have time for the app to not recognize my device. It's the same device I always use. I hate this.

Only used my old app for bill pay. This new app does not support bill pay and redirects you to their glitchy web page. Their bill pay site is constantly throwing errors and does not show any of my previous payees. Sure hope I don't have to gather their information and reenter all of them.

Literally all I want to do is check my balance....but as soon as I open the app it doesn't recognize that I'm connected to Wi-Fi and freezes. Everything else on my phone works fine. This is really frustrating!

When you download the update you will also need to go back and delete the older version of the app. This is what causes the hang up using the new app.

I really love the redesign. I thought the old version was antiquated and cumbersome. This new design is very friendly, shows you what you want up front, I like the ability to hide accounts from view and the running balance total with the individual charge. Fresh look, thoughtful design... thank you for putting it out there!

So very disappointed! Very slow. Still don't have access to online bill payment via mobile application. Full account number is in view instead of partial. Asks for full SSN. Don't like that. Why did you mess with what was working?? Looking into another credit union. Been so frustrating frustrating. Got a w5.00 late fee from credit card company because of the new system. Did not send out payments

This new app sucks! The old one was so much better. Why do they always think new is better? There was nothing wrong with the old one. I can't even view my individual accounts.

I waited to download the new app because of the negative reviews yesterday so idk if anything has changed since then. I downloaded it today and it worked perfectly for me with my usual login. The updated mobile check deposit is so much better now compared to the old one.

Wonder who thought this new design was a good idea? Thankfully I read the reviews and deleted the old app before opening the new one so the new app opened ok. What's with the stupid ads on the mobile app? What's with a third party biller for making payments? It's flipping too complicated to do this from the phone and zero confidence to use the full online version. After 40 years, this account will just hold savings & we'll move everything else to Chase. This was an all around bad move, DSFCU.

I have never been impressed with Desert School's use of technology. The new app is no different. When I try to log in, I can't click the save user name box, and if I'm lucky, it will move to the password screen after a few minutes. The rest of the time, it just stares at me. When I was finally able to log in, none of my accounts show on the account tab, but when I go to the transfer screen, they magically appear there. Also, they made the new password requirements way too limiting.

the most absolute piece of******** I have ever tried to use. I do not spend 24/7on the computer and realize that I am not as smart as some, but after two weeks trying to log on, or reinstall the app, I am ready to Quit this institution. I am 300 miles away from the bank and I need this app.

Ok so at first it sucks. You have to reset your password. You have to log in to online banking answer a couple questions and verify it is you. But don't we want our money a little secure? After getting through the initial setup the app works well. It is very easily laid out and actually has a couple neat options for setting up future savings and some info on getting started with that. So I must say so far that I like this app. Thank you
