I used to use this app to pay my bills. but after the recent update can't even log into my account let alone pay bills. useless upadate. uninstalling it right now. update: after the above comment I got a reply that the app is fixed. installed it again and yes, found ok. Thank you.

Where can I get my account number? Is customer number & account number same? Because whenever I try to log in by customer number the app says, account number invalid. I also tried the previous account number but no use! Can DESCO app creator help me how to log in to this??

It doesn't help now since meters are changed to prepaid but the app doesnt show current balance. It would be helpful if that option was available

After new update, app can't used by me.. Everytime ask for update. Pls fix the issue...

Why doesn't the app show tariff rates?? How will we know for which amount of unit which tariff rate is charged? I request you to let us know all details regarding how the bill is calculated. Apart from that the app is a great job. Hope next updates will give us a better look. Thank You.

After update i cant view my bill and statistics.. bad update.......regarding previous app:During bill pay Convenience amount is very high...it sholud not more than 10tk.... before due date over it showing bill paymet of after due date..... :(

I m using prepaid electricity but i cant regester coz when i m giving my account number & mobile no it says invalid account name

After the update, app keeps on asking for update and login. Please fix the bug ASAP. New update should have payment provision by credit card, bKash or any other modalities.
