Constantly holds my gps location on draining battery in a couple hours.

Finally! After over a year.......... An update!............ (but it still sucks

This program is out of date and the only reason i use it is beacuse my boss. There are meny programs for free that put this relic in the least favorite of all my apps even the ones that do nothing but crash my phone. If u are looking for a dispatch app that can turn a simple quote into a invoice or edit a quote once its be issued then look at any app but this one id rather use pen and paper and a Thomas guide then this peice of app.

I use this everyday and it is the most frustrating app I've ever used. So when u select a job it loads and brings you to the job screen. When u complete it takes you back to your job list and it takes a min or two even on the latest phones. Which isn't to bad except it won't refresh your bored. Any changes made by your office won't show up unless u manually refresh after it just loaded. Once you complete a job it vanishes so pray you put in all your notes and pics. I can go on but won't. Bottom line do not use.

Doesn't notify you of new calls and when you take pictures of writing it doesn't com in clear

Great app, towards the end of a normal day it gets pretty slow and needs to be reset. also new equipment added does not stay in the system if job is put to "off job" and pictures unable to zoom or edit name once submitted. other than that the app is great!

This has got to be the most problematic app I've ever used! Between lost connection when I've got full service and logging me out and unable to reconnect. I swear this is the dumbest thing I've ever used. Stupid stupid stupid!

Getting really annoying having to reset my settings time and again about location, notifications etc...Plz fix that!!

To start this app drains your battery really fast. Second, it's always sending my location to the office. I would've mind if it was the company's phone, but the fact that I'm using my own phone with my privacy striped without my consent is a violation of my rights.

Please add the ability to see my time history while I'm on the call. We need to be able to see travel time, work time, and end times all at once. Also would love to see cloud based service. I hate losing everything if I switch from tablet to phone.

its an OK app seems to do what it says it will I didn't see anything really matter with it seems to be a pretty good one

Latest update is cleaner, faster and much friendlier to use. However...BATTERY LIFE on Samsung phones is ABYSMAL.

This app tries to refresh every single time and when I have bad signal it hangs waiting to refresh from the office rather than just show me the calls Ive already downloaded. Then I have to drive off until I get cell signal in order to get my next call.

As the tech I can download PDFs from the document section. After I modify I can't upload as a PDF, but have to screenshot it to a jpeg. Also, when adding a jpeg the photo quality gets reduced so it is almost not readable.

Issues with the total charge being edited by the app either off or over by a few cents. also has issues with everything on invoice changing to r22 even though I never chose r22.Its time consuming. Wish could change dates to yesterday, today & tomorrow & anything before or after should have dates & now it has erased my invoice from yesterday's call had alot of info on it & atill saying only added r22 so stupid & get a call back @ the end of the day. im sure there dealing w/ the other 4999 customers issues

(EDIT: Developer took care of this problem in a timely fashion. Upgraded from 3 to 5 stars.) The dispatch list has a bug that causes it to go into a refresh state when attempting to scroll up, no matter the speed of the swipe downward or the length of time the swipe is held. This is definitely affecting the every day use of this application. Please give us some end user toggles so we can turn swipe refresh off or alter the programming to make it usable!

This version is night and day different from the beta version. Easy to use, really liking being paperless. **Edit-latest updates cause more frequent force closes. You cannot open the app and leave it open in the background. When you try reopening the app it locks up and force closes....please fix

I like the new app but not being able to open documents like the other ESC app can do. If that could be fixed I'd give High 5

This is making my job more difficult and time consuming to do a dam invoice and clock hours. I do not get how this makes a tec more efficient sure there's less paper work the people are very suspicious when I hand in my telephone tell them to enter their card and then sign and say I'll email them a bill especially the older generation I'm not giving it less than 5 stars because it is a great program just not right for the service plumbing I do. Nor does it work for remodeling or larger invoices.

I would like to have manager tab back. I would like to do PO's from the field and add inventory items from the field!!! Love the app!

You can only have 6 users @ a time. If someone else needs to log in, someone else must log off & in every way there covered

Morning better

Way to glitchie. Have to force close all the time and agree with way to many buttons to push.
