Clashot: Take pics, make money

Survey qualifications are a major wast of time. I attempted to take 4 surveys, answering all their questions I spent 5 minutes in each survey and then suddenly I don't qualify. It seems that I answered all the survey questions and they tell you don't qualify so they don't have to give you the carats. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THE SURVEYS.

The concept is good, but the lack of competent and professional support overshadows the little good there is. Photos are reviewed in general and no constructive criticism is given by the seemingly incompetent staff. After the 5th image you submit, you stop receiving approvals and/or rejection notices. Queries sent to support also goes unanswered. Unprofessional and an utter waste of time!

At first my photos, which I made with my smartphone, were not approved for sale so I decided to try another way. I downloaded my photos (made with Nikon DSLR 24Mpix camera) from my pc to a smartphone and uploaded them here. Guess what? They were not approved for sale because of the quality... Moreover, all of these pictures were confirmed and sold at shutterstock and fotolia. Even Alamy, which has very strict quality test, has approved these photos for sale. Am I misunderstanding something with this app???

At $0.40 per pic you sell, you'll have to sell 125 pics before you get paid. That could take years or realistically never. Nothing worse than apps that don't pay until you reach an impossible threshold. Absolute trash. Don't waste your time.

Since many photographers usually upload a photo to several websites, if we can copy and paste many hashtags at once (separated by comma or semicolon), it will be much faster. Another thing is the app does not allow to upload multiple photos at a time, even though the message in Wizard say NO PHOTOS with + sign, but can choose just one photo then "Please, choose only one...". If we can upload multiple photos, many users will be like and make Clashot be a better app. :)

So, I don't know why you guys cant verify my profile. I don't have a passport so sent a copy of my license and got rejected. I understand theres all the online danger and stuff but even government stuff doesn't ask for a passport. seems a little odd that to just sell some pictures you need that. youre also the only photo selling app that wants it. but regardless, I sent government issued identification and was denied verification. fix your program

Worked fine until I updated my phone. Now it keeps saying "please add a photo to your report" every time even when I have a photo there. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck. Please fix this bug.

Been on there for 3 months, uploaded 28 pictures, been verified. STILL none of my pictures have been accepted for sale. You can't log in from a computer either, it says you can but when you try you get a 'wrong password' message, and when you try to change it, it don't work. This is just ridiculous. I need to deactivate my account from this site.

I read your application related reviews, lot of peoples said your app is waste and fake. So how i using your apps? If u give me a clarification to all or not you spoil your name.

As someone who want to school for photography and has done it professionally I submitted a number of pics and every single one was rejected. Now they send email wondering why I haven't used the app in a few weeks.

It requires a passaport...what if someone doesent have a passaport...why dont you make it to accept school iD's or something it would be really awesome...btw love the app really smoth running...just the passaport thing is a deal braker...

Unable to give, zero stars. I've submitted several photos, of various types (seemingly, what I saw, this app is, interested in). Submitted same photos to, Foap and EyeEm. No problem, all good! What's that about?

I received mail that I am verified as user.. But when I upload and send the pic is shown the verification is in process. Please solve this problem.

If someone haven't Passport how he verifie the form???

Used to love it until they told me I'm not selling my own photos which I took! Bulls hit u as Sholes

Its a good app to share your photos and get like from other members but if u want to sale your photos, it takes ages to approve your photos for sale and lot of reasons to unapproved it.

Absolute trash. This app is likely a scam, they ask for your passport and any pic you submit wont be accepted or paid for. Waste of time, read all these reviews and you will understand.

I love the idea of this app but I can't put my postcode in because it just gives me numbers on my screen, but my postcode is numbers and letters.

To verify, Canadian law says we are not allowed to share our passport information with anyone unless it's a financial institution or government office. So no thanks, identity theft alert.

Been waiting about a week and photos are still waiting to be reviewed. Other reliable places take about 6-12 hours.

I want to sell my photos and I have been waiting for about six hours to be verified, does it really take that long to reject me or accept me. Help me out.

I'm beginning to wonder if this is the new way identity thefts are stealing our info. I mean we should ONLY have to show sum type of "ID" "IF" the photos sell. other wise you don't need any personal information or id's just to post a photo for sale on your app. really thinking I made a mistake with this app. every photo I uploaded still says pending????? When a photo I upload sells then I will change my rate to a 5 star instead 1!

Very bad app for who haven't passport. My information is all to all true and with attached PAN card. But, still my account is not verified.....so very bad app.

Waste of time, I just wanted to try to see how it goes in comparison with other stockphoto I'm on. Huge disappointment, my point is not about how many people like my picture, I would go on instagram for that. Here I'm looking for cash, but when I see that some photos uploaded for a airport/plane contest are still under review for a month! What the F*** excuse my language but really a waste of time. I do not like either that you can't edit your submission, photos take ages to upload, some time error, only able to upload via phone. Change your slogan ;) Good luck

I keep ensizing the image but it keep saying my image is too small. What is the exact size required of the image to upload?

First, the pay is terrible. 40 cents is the average pay? Really? Second they won't pay out until you make over $50! Anyone do the math on this? 125 sales needed before I can make anything? F -that! Third, this is marketed as an app to upload cellphone pictures; however, the requirements are so strict and the files have to be over 4mpx, good luck getting pictures approved (mine have been pending for a month!). Finally, they want to know your entire identity. Snapwire and Foap are much better in every way.

This company not right, they tell ppl they can get paid for your photos. Not!!!!! Have over 50 photos have not sold one yet 1year!!! So delete my account, you better delete any pictures I post up there as well.. This weak immature company is only to benefit yourself.. Connecting all these wonderful ppl for your own pockets. My girlfriend just recently had 6 pictures go up for sale and within a week she sold 5! Needless to say she is thrilled!

Ever since it changed and verified information and joined up with the Deposit thing, every picture has been rejected (months and even up to a year after being uploaded) no longer using the app.

6 pictures got accepted for sale and within a week I have sold 5 pictures!! I am in love and hope to sell more and get more accepted for sale! Thank you guys for a great opportunity to start off my journey!

I uploaded my ID .. a thousand time.. everytime it fail ... i contact the support but no one replied to me ... Good app but worst support

1 DAY AGO my photos are still on pending??? When will they be approved please tell me? Then i give it 5 stars.

I uploaded like over 50 photos, got 0$ for that and some idiots try to follow you all the time... pointless waste of time and no easy money... sad...

App is not accepting adhar card as photo id proof...i dont have passport... Do sumthng wid this issue plz

I am confused from the service of this application. I have the app for more than 6 months and they did not approve any of my photos. I send email asking is it allowed to upload photos from pro camera because I have seen really good photos ( definitely not from pnone). This is App for Phone not app for Professional camera. Nevertheless they told me - Yes, you can upload and photos from your camera! And the best part is it take Months until they approve your photo.

Every picture I send says it's too small. I've taken 5 pictures with my smart phone and it saying that my pictures are too small?!
