Crash to much to slow I think it can be better i use it daily at work and is frustrating when it keeps crashing
Don't know if its the app or the phone but when trying to SCAN using thr barcode scanner it takes forever. Im on a new samsung galaxy 8, previously my galaxy 6 worked fine. Half of the time im forced to type in the barcode or hotspot to my old phone.
Million $ company can't develop a descent app. We are on the 7th update and it still sucks
XPO people get rich for our struggle and they don't do Nothing good about us, even this app it doesn't help for nothing
The latest version keeps crashing. The update is a joke.
Worst update ever
Needs more options of why you can't make delivery such as damaged customer refused, business address closed, customer canceled order etc..... Would be nice to have an enroute button that would signal to dispatch when enroute to customer to make pre call. Secondary phone numbers so the customer can be reached. I mean I can go on and on about how this app needs a lot of work. This would help out a lot to get started with.
This app is awful. Scanner option using camera is horrible. Try having to scan and load 200+ items when the scanner won't function correctly. Why isn't there an option for a Bluetooth scanner???
It freezes my phone and makes my phone run very slow. The precall feature is the most annoying feature of all time because it asks you to call your next stop even if you haven't made it to the stop before it. We need this resolved immediately.
Don't try using this app unless you have an iPhone. Infuriating.
Would be great if it had the capabilty to use a bluetooth laser scanner. (Compatible)

I have a Galaxy S7 for Verizon and the camera for some reason is not good. It won't scan any of the items because the camera is blurry. The app is updated to the latest version. Also, app works for other Galaxy phones but not for my Galaxy S7.
The new precall feature is absolutely absurd, mid-delivery it stops you and asks if you want to precall a stop your not scheduled to be at for another 2 hours. All of the customer surveys, it gives you a survey as soon as you complete scanning, and then gives you almost the exact same survey before you can have the customer sign. This app makes the delivery process more difficult than it has to be. The app also kills your battery, and my camera makes a buzzing noise while scanning. Very dissatisfied.
Just bad service all the way around no communication skills not professional everything is a joke no understanding also confused about everything and they quick to throw you under the bus when everything hits the fan hh Gregg has the best trackking system XPO TAKE NOTES FROM THEM that's my advice to XPO Logistics
XPO needs to work on this app, every time you have a no home or and issue with the delivery You have to call your supervisor to explain what's going on cause the app just want you to complete your stops. The real world is not an ideal world. Not every delivery can be completed
Freezes constantly, lags my phone, doesn't save notes, please update, many error messages on phone cause by app

I have been using etrack for about 6 months. At first, it worked well on my phone (note 4), but then started locking up during signature phase. So I would just submit control form through evo. Then I installed it on my tablet and have been using it on there for the last 5 months or so and it has worked fine up until a few days ago, now it shows 0 stops. So I just use evo. I've tried uninstall /reinstall - doesn't work. Guess I'll just use evo until they fix it.
If i press arrive and scan the piece don't let me add exception for a not at home.
Great way to keep the customer up to date on delivery status, without all the constant phone calls. Reduces paperwork. Very easy to use.
Love the changes the past year. Tired of being nearly sued by fools
It would be great if we can start a not at home through the app stead of waiting 5 - 10 minutes for the reps to pick up and then went wait an additional 15 minutes on a tough day that can put you behind, and really displeased our customers.

worst app ever i have to uninstall 2 or 3 times a day
Easy to use and work with. Awesome.
Nothing but problems, constantly have to log in and out in-between stops, when that doesn't work have to reinstall. Absolutely waste of time in a scheduled delivery route when your constantly having to deal with this app.
Everytime I go to log out it freezes and I have u Uninstall then re-install, does anyone else have that issue other than that app does what I need....

Why do I have to log in every flipping morning and why can't I check my jobs the night before. The Sears app is way better.
Its aight! My eraser doesnt work on signature portion of the app. And i have a customer that i cant get off my app. Other than that seems to be quite efficient. Sent problem to market manager and havent got the bugs worked out with I.T support.

App continue to improve. Need more swipe to next page capabilities.

Etrack doesn't replace evolution for what it's worth Evolution is still needed so tired of duplicate pick up orders and deliveries.
