As of 1/16/18 it is still not reliable. Sometimes have to return to sites more than once to get signatures. Have to keep uninstalling and reinstall. Very aggravating.

Keeps signing me out when I close it. Today you have to have a profile and password for everything and this just adds to the burden. A save password function would be very helpful. The before and after photo part of the app for regular maintnance is buggy going from portrait to landscape view. There needs to be a "work being performed" button or function between the before and after photo capture screens. The work order mode photo capture function seems to work better than in regular maintnance mode. The capture button refuses to work sometimes. Has crashed on me before. Runs very slow and has frozen for long moments several times. Has failed to upload completed works. Signature box fails to register signitures or fails to capture signitures. This app is running on a Samsung Galaxy Note4.

It is cumbersome. You can't change the location names to something your crew can recognize. It doesn't let us login, even after verifying or changing the password. I and my crew love the idea of not needing actual paperwork, but only of it worked!

Does not upload completed work orders after pictures, signatures and submitting. Losing money because this.

App does not work. Continuously does not upload the work order even after pictures are taken and manager signs. When I hit submit it just processes for hours and doesn't ever process. In need of some serious work. Very frustrating.

Definitely in need of some major improvements. Pictures do not upload or dont upload in the background. App logs you out inbetween sites. It does not save your previously entered data if the app closes. When uploading a picture you will sometimes be kicked back out to the home screen and required to log in again. Unreliable app and you will still need to bring paperwork to be signed.

I think its only use is to lessen Thier data entry, and paperwork by having u do it.
