Website doesn;t let you register purchase receipts; as other customer state it asks for details. Slow App Frustrating to Use

Nice app. Needed to find how to scan my latest bill. Should have a quick button or something like that.

Can't figure out how to scan in bill. No place to check if you forgot password

Great app

Loads a little slow. QR reader crashes. I will keep using it as manually loading and I like Denny's. I submit the crash report each time so hopefully the QR issue gets corrected.

The old bonus points system where we scanned our membership card or key phob at the til was much better and simpler. The new Dennys app only gets us $5,00 bonus after 10 visits which works out to $ .50 per visit, even if you are paying for 2 meals. It might be a little better if you at least got double points whenever you pay for 2 meals. To be honest I think it is a waste of time as many times I scanned receipts only to get an email asking for details. Just a waste of time I think.

Wouldn't even let me register, it kept crashing. I tried signing up with both regular registration and with Facebook and both caused the app to crash

It is difficult to use at times and you have to save receipt to rescan so it becomes slot of work. Mmm

Simple and easy to use. Like the email when rewards are added or if there is a problem you just resubmit and it gets corrected.

I find the app is not stable. I have attempted to scan in 2 receipts since I claimed my first reward and the app will not accept them.

I have scanned 3 receipts and none show up, I messaged them and they say to resubmit them. Because sure I keep my breakfast receipts

App no longer accepts the receipt. Fix it pls.

The app is not saving most of my receipts. Please fix it.

Thank you for updating the app so it works. Now all you have to work on are the rewards.

The latest update fixed my loading issues and I can log in fine now. My stamp card shows the correct stamps, but it did crash on me the first time I opened the app after updating. Only issue now is in the available rewards section... Can't see the points required to redeem for some items, in my case it's for all the ones that gives you $ off your meal.

The reward stamps on this app are truely terrible. First of all, it has some delay, which means it can take up to 24 hours for your scaned receipts to even be redeemed in the app. This might be fine if it actually worked, but it doesn't. Less then half the receipts I scan actually appear in my stamps. Being that I wait 24 hours for them to appear, it's impossible for me to rescan the receipts, as by that time I've either lost them, or the waitress has taken them away and given me a terminal recept instead!

Input a receipt twice... scanning the code now, lets hope it works this time. Unfortunately I updated without reading comments now i lost all my rewards.

Family brunch of 9 and the service was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and fairly accurate. Our server was excellent and we'd love to have her serve us again.

I collect and spend the rewards points at my favourite Denny's. Other than keeping the WiFi passwords updated, it works quite well!

Have been scanning receipts since the new update.. None have loaded onto the app. Have tried each one multiple time.. Fix this

Do NOT download the latest update. Set up to use a test server and NOTHING works. Will seem like your account is deleted but it's fine. Check the website. This app is broken

I just upgraded the app and now it won't log in. I tried the forgot my pin and it says no account with my email so now i have lost my progress to an award. This sucks.

Can't log in. Forgot PIN doesn't work. Looks like you lost all stamps.

Food was OK. My problem is the app did work a few times on my android tablet but won't now. The app won"t work on my desk top computer either. Please fix
